Very satisfied - We had through Tui / Imagine a very good Dutch speaking guide Hany Saleh. Good explanation, not too much, not too little, enough free time to look around. Protective where necessary in Cairo. Great!

Grand Egyptian Museum memories - One of our main goals was to see the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, in Giza..!! Hoda and Ahmed met us at our hotel promptly at 8:30am for the morning drive to the museum. Ahmed, navigated the busy rush hour traffic, with ease. Hoda was very knowledgeable and personable as she gave us a detailed history lesson of the kings of Egypt. It was a fascinating experience, some personal time to explore on our own and was ready to take pictures of us too. A few extra stops at different stores gave us the opportunity to buy some souvenirs. Very memorable day and Hoda and Ahmed were awesome 👍😎..!!

Fantastic Visit to GEM with a superb guide - A fantastic and memorable visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum. We were so grateful to our excellent guide Dina who accompanied us from our hotel on the whole trip. She showed us selected exhibits and gave a clear explanation. She is very knowledgeable, and speaks excellent English. The building itself is beautiful, and so vast. With over 50,000 artifacts on display in 12 galleries, having a guide is very helpful, and she was superb.

Very knowledgeable with ability to speak to all levels. - Mariam had the ability to tell a story that brought the facts to life in an organized way. From the old kingdom to new she was able to tie what you were seeing and its importance. She also would tell you the current thought leaders theories and the importance of continued exploration. Very articulate in English. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the museum through her eyes and knowledge. Highly recommend.

Impressive, colossal. A must - At the end of November I read about the final opening of the GEM. After 20 years of construction finally to visit. Despite the daily flow of visitors of 15,000 people, one could approach the objects well. The Tunanchamun death mask took some time, but it was acceptable. What is on display here from the only unlooted tomb of a pharaoh leaves one amazed and almost stunned: these skills from over 3000 (three thousand) years ago. The scope of the artifacts is also impressive. There are also statues like Ramses the II, right at the entrance. I'm not the youngest anymore. My recommendation: absolutely visit.

This does not come with... - This does not come with tickets - that needs to be more clear when picking this option. Then the guide had me buy tickets and somehow I got the wrong ones. And they were 30 min late picking us up. Despite the very frustrating beginning, the tour guide was knowledgeable and let us take our time to go through exhibits and to make up for being late they let us stay an extra hour and grab lunch and look through the shops.
