  After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, the Omani Guide will meet the group at 8:00 a.m.
  Embark on a journey from Muscat towards the breathtaking Hajar Mountains. Relish the picturesque drive as you travel west.
  The drive typically takes about 3 hours to reach Jebel Shams.
• Al Hamra - Pause at Al Hamra
  Take a brief stop in the historic town of Al Hamra to pick up snacks or essentials before ascending into the mountains.
• Wadi Ghul - Oman’s Grand Canyon - A brief stop to view the ancient Persian Village at the entrance of Jebel Shams.

Marvel at the stunning panoramic views of Oman’s “Grand Canyon” and the renowned Balcony Walk trail.

• Jebel Shams - Arrival at Village Trailhead
  Park the vehicles at the starting village, Khateem.
  Receive a safety briefing and gear orientation from our certified guides. Helmets, harnesses, and Via Ferrata Kit will be provided.
• Balcony Walk - Balcony Walk Trek

Enjoy a 4 km guided trek along the canyon’s edge. This dramatic trail clings to the cliffside, offering breathtaking views and photo opportunities throughout the route.

• Jebel Shams - Via Ferrata Adventure

Upon reaching the cliff section, transition to the Via Ferrata (iron path). Using safety cables and iron rungs anchored into the rock, climb and traverse with full protection under the guidance of our team.

  After completing the loop, begin the return journey to Muscat.
