• Gizeh Plateau - Tours commence anytime between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, starting with a pickup from Cairo airport by a local tour guide holding a sign with your name. You will then be transferred in a private air-conditioned limousine to Giza City, where you will visit the renowned Giza Pyramids. Explore the Great Pyramid of King Cheops and the Middle Pyramid of King Chephren. There is an option to enter any of the pyramids, which requires additional tickets that can be purchased on-site with assistance from your guide. Conclude with a visit to the Sphinx, one of the oldest and largest in ancient Egypt.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Although diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, the site remains unexcavated. The valley temple was linked to a causeway, which was mostly destroyed during the village’s construction.
• Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple revealed several statues of Khafre, some found in a well by Mariette in 1860, with others discovered in later excavations by Sieglin (1909–10), Junker, and Reisner.
• Menkaure Pyramid - Menkaure’s pyramid complex comprises a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added to the valley temple. The mortuary temple also contained several statues of Menkaure.
• Great Sphinx - The Sphinx, known for its pharaoh’s head and lion’s body, dates back to the time of Chephren, the owner of the second pyramid at the Giza Plateau.
