We felt very comfortable with this guide who took us on a tour of the museum, Kalili souk and. Citadel. - Adham was a very enthusiastic guide full of knowledge. He helped us navigate the huge Old Museum which could have been overwhelming otherwise.

Great trip! - We were picked up from the hotel on time in a new air conditioned vehicle. Our tour guide Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and had great Arabic and English. Although lunch is included in the package, we would not opt for it again. It was a very busy buffet. The package js a very quick and easy way to see the main sites especially with children.

Great Day in Cairo! - Wagih was an excellent tour guide and took us to all of the amazing spots. We asked to change out one of the destinations to see the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Emo tours team made it happen for us for a very small fee. We had an excellent Egyptian lunch on our tour and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this tour to those coming to visit Cairo!

Emo tours driver only experience - The driver Abdellah is a kind person, felt like going out with grandpa he's patient and explained many historical things at the downtown .

Well... - The driver was very punctual but I requested that he speak Spanish however he does not speak Spanish and the average English therefore it was very difficult to communicate with him also did not make the ways to translate by cell phone we could not ask for recommendations and also not understand what he told us

Cairo is interesting! - This company showed up in a nice air conditioned van. Bassma was our guide and Hassan was our driver. They were LATE!! We had a nice lunch on the Nile River. The tours were nice but we didn't get our full time. We scheduled 2 hours at Khan Khallili actual Time spent 30 minutes because we didn't shop with her people, scheduled 3 hours at the museum actual time spent 1.5 hours. Tour guide was knowledgeable, Hassan was kind and made sure my bags were safe while we moved about Cairo.

Excursion did not meet expectations and I would not recommend - The mosque and the Cairo Museum were great. Our guide was knowledgeable but young and acted very immature. At times he was very annoying so we decided to cut our excursion short and skipped the bazar shopping experience because we no longer wanted to be around him. I would not recommend this excursion.

Rethink Emo tours and Jasmin - This is one for the books. My husband, toddler and I got a call from reception from Jasmin the tour guide that she is downstairs at the lobby. So we headed down. But couldn’t find her so we went out in front and found the driver. The driver found the tour guide and she wasn’t too happy that she couldn’t find us. The museum tour was fine. She was a little frustrated with our less than attentive behavior since we also had to pay attention to our toddler. The thought!!! We then headed to the citadel and she was knowledgeable but she asked about the bazaar and how the bazaar is not to her liking. That it would take 2 hours to go through the whole thing and it’s better to go to shops for specific items that we want to buy. I said no, the point of this day trip was to go to a bazaar and that we were not interested in buying any one thing but to experience a local bazaar. After that we went to lunch and then strangely we were heading back to our hotel, we actually ended back to our hotel! I asked Jasmin that we should get out money back since we didn’t get our full tour. This was a half day tour with lunch. She said I told them that you all were tired and to take you back to the hotel so I’ll tell my company to give you a refund. I NEVER once indicated we were tired. I told her at the citadel that we wanted this tour to experience a local bazaar. This is one for the books truly. I have had mixed reviews with emo tours. I would question and confirm the tour itinerary from the start of your tour and ensure you are getting your monies worth. One thing for sure, we will NEVER purchase a dime from emo tours. We want 33% of our money returned from Emo Tours. Unacceptable behavior and bad customer service. Needless to say, there was no tip for this tour guide.
