Vegas Fast Food - Enjoy 2-hour experience in a traditional Turkish bath - Hamam. Your relaxation therapy will start with skin cleanse in a sauna and a steam room. Here you will get your skin steamed, softened and prepared for a deeper cleanse in the main hamam area. When entering the main hamam area, you will get a special treatment from our professional massage therapists. They will softly remove all the dead cells with a kese - traditional Turkish scrubbing mitt for the body. This scrubbing practice will last for around 20 min, following with a gentle foam massage.
To give you some time to enjoy your relaxation and mind calming, as a pleasant bonus to our Spa program, we will offer you to have some rest between hamam practices and have a glass of wine, cup of Turkish tea or delicious Turkish coffee with fruits.
After this small break we will continue our Spa program with a 30-minutes full-body oil massage. Our professional massage therapists will take a good care of your body and help to refresh your mind as well. We finish our Spa program with a face mask which will nourish your face skin.

Fantastic good but only 2 hours - It was some super delicious treatments but it was ONLY 2 hours so I have to clearly acknowledge that I feel a little cheated when there was 3 hours on the booking.

I booked the v.i.p... - I booked the v.i.p massage Turkish bath for my daughters and myself. It was a very nice experience, the masseuses were very nice and very caring. I was going to give five stars as an experience, but i felt that i was scammed at the reception because even though we booked the v.i.p treatment he asked us for another 5 euro from each of us for something that already was on the offer.

Can only be recommended - Good and lovely experience, can definitely be recommended, good staff, well enough they write that they will not sell more for one, but they do, and the stay was 2 hours and not 3. Or everything was fine.

1.5 hrs instead of 3 - Well the sauna and massage were awesome, good experience. However three hours were actually two including the transfer time like 40 min each way (i count here transfer there 40 min plus bath and all the services total 2 hrs. Good people, enjoyed everything there but advertisement of 3 hrs experience is a stretch.

Lovely calming experience but watch out for upselling - Our hotel wasn't listed but we were picked up on time, the driver was friendly. The premises was located in the basement of a well maintained multi use building with lift access to the spa. I have mobility issues and there was a large step to approach the reception desk. The driver also performed reception duties and booked us in. He then proceeded to upsell various oils which we expected to be included in the treatment. We paid £30.34 extra. The changing room does not have cubicles, just lockers and I did not see a shower. I didn't use the sauna or steam room but the others in our party did. The quality of the treatments (body scrub and massage) were excellent, however I was a bit surprised that they only used a small amount of the oils but this may be just my naivety.
I would recommend this service but suggest that you bring your preferred oil with you. The same product is available widely for just a few Euros. Overall it was a pleasant experience and value for money minus the extras.

No relaxing experience but very good massage - We had the hammam activity today.
I am writing because unfortunately your description of the service was not found.
- Pick up and drop off at the hotel👍
- on the activity I booked were shown friendly / bright / modern premises.... We found dark unfriendly rooms whose inventory had long been exchanged
- the staff was very friendly👍 and from our point of view also qualified. The massage was great👍👍👍
- Sauna and steam bath should be in the performance, unfortunately due to the staff deployment planning only one of the two was possible. Worse still after 3-4 minutes we were brought out and were sent to the
Peeling directed. No rest or relaxation, and of course no effect of sauna/steam bath is expected for such a short time.
-after peeling and bubble bath for a short time applicable to be fruit on a lounger... too short to relax...
- the face mask is applied in parallel and immediately directed to the fish spa...
-the mask is not yet properly dry and already further to wash off and then to oil massage.
-Despite hinting that it is too hectic for us, it went from one step to the other, so that we had to leave the institute (picked up at 11:00) already at 12:30. Nothing with the specified 3 hours, even if you add the driving time. At the hotel we were again shortly before 13:00.
This is actually unacceptable.
