Super massage!! - Daeng is super likeable and knows exactly what she is doing. I was so excited that I booked a massage package right away. I had very severe back pain before but after the massages I was always super relaxed and completely euphoric. It was a great experience and totally healing. Thank you.

Relaxing and a whole new experience - This shore excursion from our cruise ship was well outside my original comfort zone and I never imagined attending a spa for an experience in massage, sauna or any of the other bit we had but I am glad I did. Arranged by my son-in-law, my wife, daughter her husband and myself all attended this spa with the initial intent of having a basic experience. However, once there we found the we could upgrade the experience for minimal cost. We started with a dry heat sauna that lasted about 15 - 20 minutes before being led to a small pool of warm water. Not sure if it was salted or not but it was very relaxing. From there we were taken to a eucalyptus steam room the really helped clear out eh sinus. Next, the exfoliating scrub and foam wash. The nibbling fish attended to our feet as we sat outside but sheltered from the rain. A mud pack was applied to our face followed by a leg and feet massage. Here were were offered drinks and a small slice of very seeded water melon. Allegedly champagne was on the list but not being a drinker I stuck to Sprite/7-Up. This was then followed by a full massage by a Thai massage girl and included the hot stones. Finally into a separate section for a facial mask and treatment that takes out oils and debris from the face and nose. There may be more but this was several weeks ago and I can't read;;y recall the fu;; sequence. Needless to say, after three hours of treatment I felt fully relaxed and my skin was noticeable smooth and much softer. The entire experience was wonderful. Finally, there was a brief attempt at an upsell of tiger balm and some salts but we declined and this wasn't pressured. I would definitely do this again

Great experience after a long day! - Great owner, picked us up all the way from the Castle, good attitude. Tried a little bit of upselling upon arrival but didn't push at all. We went with what we booked and the experience was AMAZING! The ladies working in there were so jolly and knew how to make you relaxed!

Best Spa - Amazing experience! I went with my friend and we both loved it. The massage was exactly what we needed – really thorough and professional. At the end we were treated to champagne and fresh fruit, which was the perfect finish. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff – highly recommended!

A good Turkish Bath Experience, however not real Champagne! - Booked the spa visit for 2 people via trip advisor, yet when we arrived it seemed that the staff did not know we were coming, so the initial experience felt very rushed and unplanned. It was our first time experiencing a Turkish bath spa but no one explained to us what to expect so, after the sauna session, the initial scrubbing and rinsing was rather a surprise (the young ladies spoke hardly any English). Once I worked out what was going on and what the ‘bath/washing’ process was all about, the session became more pleasant. The massage part was good. However, we purchased the ‘luxury’ package which stated that it included a glass of champagne and fruit snacks. The drink we were given was definitely NOT champagne. It was rather sweet and sickly so I did not finish mine opting for water instead! The fruit snack was a few pieces of melon - again disappointing as neither of us eat melon. Overall I would go again and take my own ‘spa flip flops’ as the disposable slippers they provide were very difficult and slippery to walk in.

Painful experience - We were picked up 1 hour late and had to call in themselves and tell that we waited, no one contacted us. Paid 15 euros extra on site for a 45 min massage. should be lymphatic massage was incredibly bad. They were looking for points that are normally bad. My mother came out with swelling and bruises that are still there. The ladies talked in between for 45 minutes.

Poor communication - Based in Avena Hotel - the spa is one of the perks of the hotel. The friendly man did his best sales pitch when we arrived - a very reasonable price offered for 90+ minutes spa treatment. The ladies in the hannam were very friendly BUT there is no communication about what to expect before hand. When entering the Turkish spa, there was a gentleman laying down receiving his treatment. My therapist pulled my tankini top down, exposing my breasts. No prior warning or explanation. I pulled it back up. She then went to get a cover . Once the gentleman left, she pulled it down again. Exposing my breasts to the room. (A woman had now entered and was having her treatment ) The door is glass and can be looked through. I couldn't relax at all after having my breasts exposed (without warning or consent). More explanation prior is needed. The massage was brilliant . My only critism is the massage therapist clicked my neck, without asking for any medical clearance or consent prior to this.
