Sister’s trip in Grance - Fun time, our guide was very knowledgeable of the regions… the only thing is the wine tour was fast and didn’t explain much about the vines nor the region. The winery owners were lovely.

Getting the history of the area was a huge plus - Amelie was fantastic. During the one hour drive to Albi she perfectly captured the history of the area from the Roman times to Louis IVX, which provided a tremendous amount of context to the day in general. That history and perspective that she provided all the way through our wine tasting at the end of the day really gave a complete experience. The three locations on this tour are great intros to the Tarn region in France.

Friendly and knowledgeable guide - Our Tour guide Amelie was fantastic. Loved going through Albi and learning everything about to city. Her knowledge on the history is outstanding even when we asked about the 100 year war she didn’t hesitate to educate us. Keep it up!

Returning home. - As a previous resident of this region, I tried to do as much as possible by train etc, and my own knowledge. Trips however are a good way to get a few places in if you're are not staying in these towns overnight and language skills. Toulouse and it's surrounding towns need more than a few hours. A would recommend anyone to go back a second time. Beautiful area, steeped in History.

A fantastic day trip from Toulouse - We loved our full day trip from Toulouse! Amélie was a fantastic tour guide whose knowledge of the region and its history shone through. We learned a lot and took in amazing scenery and city scapes. The last stop at Chateau de Mayragues was a great opportunity to sample wines from the region. I'd happily go on another tour like this the next time I'm France.

Magnificent Albi - We are so glad we took this tour. Our guide Amelée was superb! We got so much history told in a very interesting way. Albi was the highlight. Cordes sur Ciel was gorgeous and the wine tasting was lovely as it was not in any way rushed. All in all we had a lovely time and would highly recommend the tour.

Buy Separate Wine Tour If You Like Wine - Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and a nice person. However, the tour seemed rushed. She returned us to the meeting point at 4:30 instead of 5 pm. I think the tour in Albi could be shortened, add 30 minutes to Cordes and 30 minutes to wine tour. The wine stop was the shortest we’ve experienced on a Viator tour. The owner said he would normally give us a taste from the barrels and do more but our guide wouldn’t allow it as she was on a tight schedule. That was a disappointment. Albi and Cordes were nice but vineyard in Gaillac could be better by adding more time and light pairing with wines. For $300 for two, should have been better.

No visit, seems I’ll be charged - I cannot cancel this September 18 trip on TripAdvisor even though it was canceled by the tour operator and I also canceled with TripAdvisor before I left for France. Now TripAdvisor says it’s a go and wants to charge me, and I get an error message when I go to the cancel page. Now I’m irritated with both the tour provider and TripAdvisor.
