Great experience for the cost. - Friendly and efficient check in, quick and efficient instructions and the pace was decent. I would book again, maybe for the longer one next time.

Great trip, although little slow - Very fun experience, mostly on road, however did drive on some dirt tracks which were the best part. The only thing is that they had someone inexperienced at the front who was setting the pace, so it was quite slow at times. Usually the most inexperienced would be at the back. Apart from that, it was a great trip!

Great activity with great staff. Good value. - Great experience. Staff very polite and great at explaining safety use of quads. Actual trip was great starting on main roads before hitting off road (so can get used to quad; they great at directing you in any traffic). Nice stop at castle midway where they provide water. Return journey was faster as we had more confidence. But not too fast which was good! Definitely recommend. Just note the comment on booking that if want a quad each rather than 2 sharing 1 quad then book 4 people instead of 2.

Super! - I've enjoyed very much this experience with my girlfriend! She definitely was better in driving than me! The staff was super friendly and professional!

Something New - I rode the quad which is a motorcycle like device together with my 9 year old. i was at the back which is the worst place to be. The person in front of you is a key factor. I ended up behind a super cautious driver. The device itself was fun in that it was a new experience. The view from the castle was great on the one side.

Appalling Lack of Empathy and Communication During a Deadly Crisis. TRY ANOTHER TOUR COMPANY - I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider booking with Magnibravura. My experience with their customer service was among the worst I have ever encountered, made infinitely worse by the circumstances. I had an activity booked for November 15th. On the very morning of that day, a deadly tornado swept through Albufeira. This was not just bad weather; it was a tragic, unforeseen natural disaster that caused significant damage, injuries, and sadly, claimed the life of a tourist. Despite the severity of the situation,which was all over the news, we received absolutely no communication from Magnibravura. No email, no text, no update on their website. Nothing to say the activity was cancelled, nothing to reassure us for our safety, and no instructions on what to do. In the midst of local chaos and a genuine emergency, their silence was deafening and unacceptable. A basic duty of any experience provider is to ensure the safety and inform their customers, which they completely abdicated. Following this, it was obvious the activity could not proceed. We requested a refund, assuming the company would understand the extreme nature of the situation. Unbelievably, our refund was declined. They are hiding behind their standard "24-hour cancellation policy," refusing to acknowledge that a force majeure event like a deadly tornado nullifies the spirit of such a policy. I have included a news screenshot of the tornado event for context, as it underscores the severity of the situation Magnibravura chose to ignore.
