Private guiding tour in Istanbul, Turkey - We booked our private tour in Istanbul via Viator. Our guide, Anil Saribayraktar, was very informative about the culture and arts at each location visited. Pyramids - Seeing the Pyramids and Sphinx a lifetime bucket list item, check!. To stand next to one the Ancients wonders of the world, what or how do you describe it. Our guide was very nice and informative.

False Advertising!!!! - Our guide Ali was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Egypt and all we saw.
False advertising. From your description, we understood we were going to take a little cruise on the Nile and have lunch.. lunch was served on a boat which stayed tied to the dock. Big disappointment!!! The Nile cruise was the Main reason we chose THIS tour!! The six others people on our tour were equally upset!!!! Expecting some compensation from Viator!!!

Bait & Switch - Classic Bait & Switch
Here is what the itinerary stated:
Then prepare to enjoy a relaxing lunch cruise on the beautiful River Nile for approx. 2 hours starting 15:30 and end by 17:30 includes just one hour sailing experience, a sumptuous buffet lunch as you glide past Cairo's waterfront landmarks and are entertained by a folkloric show and oriental music.
We were driven to a docked boat and served the lunch on the riverfront. NO CRUISE & NO ENTERTAINMENT.
The 3 hour ride was a nightmare!!!!!! The vehicle was dirty and smelled of smoke. Our driver hit a big rock on the road which blew out the driver side tire. The van almost flipped.
Will be call the BBB if we are not fully refunded our money.
