Every Saturday, the chef selects the finest fresh seasonal ingredients from local markets to craft a unique five-course menu that celebrates Majorcan cuisine and the Mediterranean diet. From appetizer to dessert, each dish is infused with the exceptional flavor of Treurer extra virgin olive oil.
