After enjoying lunch, the tour proceeds to the Fort of St. Philip and concludes at the Castle of Palmela, a historic site dating back to the 8th century.
Tour option: Instead of visiting Cabo Espichel, you can choose to explore the José Maria da Fonseca winery, one of Portugal’s oldest. Here, you can enjoy wine tasting and a guided tour of the 18th-century palace. An additional fee is payable directly to the vineyard.
