Amazing - It was an unforgettable tour! Our Guide, Mr Miras was fantastic. He made sure we had an amazing time. He was so attentive to our needs and from start to finish he made the tour unforgettable. Since it was my first snow experience, He made sure that I enjoyed it to the fullest. On the day one we visited the Alma Arasan, went on a city tour and also visited Kok tobe, he explained us and answered all our questions and gave us insights into the local culture and history. Day 2, we started our trip early at 6.00 am and drove to visit the Kolsay Lake and Charyn Canyon. It was a very long day however he still made sure that we enjoyed the day even though the climate was a bit challenging on our way back and at Charyn Canyon. On our day 3 we visited Medeu and Shymbulak and went for some shopping and he introduced us some of the local sweets and chocolates which were very famous. From the moment we met Miras we knew we were in good hands, thanks to Miras for making our journey an unforgettable and incredible one and for helping is to click good pictures. I suggest that Miras will be one of the best tour guide you will ever come across, and you will have the best experience in Kazakhstan. I would definitely return for another tour with him very soon in summer.

Had an amazing trip with Dev and Adil! They were really friendly. The views were amazing! - We had an incredible experience with our guide, Dev, and our driver, Adil. Both were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, making our trip smooth and enjoyable.
Dev felt more like a brother than a guide, always ensuring we were comfortable and welcomed. His patience and kindness truly made the journey special. He also helped us choose restaurants and food, and every recommendation was amazing!
Adil was a fantastic driver, ensuring a comfortable ride and skillfully navigating every road, even the more challenging ones. We had great conversations with both of them, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
We explored many beautiful places, including Kolsai Lake, Kaindy Lake, Charyn Canyon, Shymbulak, Kok-Tobe, parks, and other breathtaking landscapes. Every destination was stunning, but the drive to Kaindy Lake was the highlight, offering incredible scenery along the way.
The entire journey was filled with amazing views, warm hospitality, and unforgettable moments. I can’t thank Dev and Adil enough for making this trip so special. Highly recommended to anyone seeking the best travel experience!

Guest - A mixed bag. My guide was very nice, but his English was limited, which made anything than surface level conversations difficult. I’m a former ESL teacher, so know how to simplify my language. If I didn’t, I’m not sure how communication would have gone. I booked a reed weaving master class and got one on embroidery (my guide initially told me it would be pottery but when I insisted I had booked something different, he enquired and found out I was indeed not booked for pottery). He then told me that the masterclass would cost an extra 5000 T (but then this was rightly reneged, since it was included in the-not-inconsiderable price). I had extra time to fill before the class, so he took me to the mosque, which was not in the itinerary and I appreciated. He was super nice but didn’t know exactly where the class was, how the parking went, etc., so I’m guessing it was his first time. 2 of the 4 halls in the museum were closed (no one’s fault, but a little disappointing nonetheless). I enjoyed the day, but if it definitely helped to go with the flow for some if it (and then insist for other bits). Would I recommend it? For the master class, yes. But reconfirm what it’s in and that the guide speaks English well enough to help (since the artisan teacher doesn’t).
