Unforgettable Family Trip to Charyn Canyon - Our family of four had an incredible private tour of Charyn Canyon with Dao Travel, and we cannot recommend them enough. ​From the very start, our guide John was a true professional. He arrived at our hotel exactly at 7:30 AM and was incredibly patient while we finished getting ready. The drive was smooth, and John was thoughtful enough to check in frequently to see if we needed breaks. ​The highlight was the canyon itself. John is an amazing guide who took us to explore both the upper viewpoints and the canyon floor. He was exceptionally kind and patient with the elders in our family, ensuring everyone was comfortable and safe throughout the trek. ​We were initially worried about exhaustion, but thanks to Dmitriy’s seamless coordination and John’s expert guiding, we left with memories of a lifetime instead of tired feet. The best in Almaty❤️ - Our experience with Vladimir was phenomenal. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the 14 hour tour. It was intense, a lot of off roading was worth the adrenaline rush, but we loved every bit of it, thanks to Vladimir and Dao tours. Thanks for taking care of us with a smile, Vladimir!

Beautiful lakes - That's the second tour I hold with this guide. Local nature reminds me of Swiss Alps but has its own soul and wild character of unsettled valleys. It brings so warm impressions and puts you into space of calm and meditation. There was a touching moment when we met a herd of typical antelope which called 'saygak'. No end of inspiring stories about this land from our guide Dmitri made a route filled with a deep sense. It was perfect!
