- Charyn Canyon - Charyn Canyon is one of the most impressive natural attractions in Kazakhstan. You will admire its grandiose cliffs, gorges and bright red formations created by nature millions of years ago. the tour was amazing.... - the tour was amazing. alexander and adam from panda travel took care of us on every destination that we’ve been to. the trip was long so be prepared but with panda travel’s vip van - the trip was comfortable

Worth Every Penny — Even Better Than Expected - Thank you, Karina, for creating such an incredible experience in Almaty. I was initially a bit nervous that the trip might run late or feel rushed since it was an open tour, but you managed everything so well. You consistently checked on everyone, called people when needed, and even walked at the back to make sure no one was left behind and everyone stayed on schedule.
The views throughout the trip were absolutely stunning. The car was very comfortable, and having both USB-A and USB-C charging ports was a thoughtful touch. The driver was also very smooth and safe, which made the long day much more enjoyable.
Karina brought amazing energy to the group by playing music and even dancing, which made the whole experience fun and lively. It was completely worth the price. I honestly couldn’t believe that the ticket, transport, driver, and tour guide for a full day could be this affordable. It’s even cheaper than a fast track pass at Disneyland.
You get to visit multiple locations, and every single one is incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend.
Small tips for future travelers:
• Bring cash.
• Download movies or videos before the trip. The drive is very long and the network is weak, especially on the way back when it gets dark and there is nothing to see outside.
• There are three food stops:
• Breakfast at a petrol station (mostly takeaway snacks). It is better to bring your own food if you want something more filling.
• Lunch at a proper restaurant with incredible food and amazing views.
• Dinner is takeaway only. Try the shawarma. It is excellent.
• You can bring cup noodles if you want something warm and easy.
• In winter, wear proper shoes with good grip. Sneakers can be slippery.
• Bring an umbrella in case of rain.
• Avoid wearing a skirt if you plan to ride a horse. Horse riding is highly recommended because the views are amazing.

Winter Wonder Experience - Tour taken was the 7 spots VIP tour during snowy winter season.
Great start! Arrived and the tour guide was on time. Although it was very early and despite the snow, Panda Travel made sure our safety comes first and careful assessing the road to take going to the canyons and lakes!
We are fully informed about the plan, including stops, hours and minutes on every travel destinations. We were always advised when is the best time to take food and use rest room along the way.
The tour and destination were on point! Great value for money! The distance, the views, the experience, the information and the entertainment given by Adam and another one (sorry forgot the name). Especially on the way to kaindy lake! Kudos to all the staff and to the drivers!
This tour is highly recommended!
Will definitely book to them again with the same tour but in different season!
