Great experience - It was really an amazing experience. I travelled with my wife and 8 yr old kids. Tour included lots of traveling and I was worried but at the end of day we all were not very tired. We all enjoyed a lot. It was fun interacting and dining with people of so many nationality.
Our guide Akon was a great fun. She kept us entertaining and was very helpful in every way.
View points were very beautiful. We were given sufficient time at every site.
Lunch was simple but tasty.

Best tours in Almaty - It was a great tour!
Mr. Adam, my guide, was very friendly.
It was so friendly that a full-day tour
It happened so fast.
All of the tourist attractions are in the wilderness that you can't feel in Japan, and it was a pleasure to be a part of them!
It is highly recommended to join the tour here.

Being a part of the nature - Wonderful nature,naturel,lovely guides...may be because of that all people who joined this tour were very frienly and positive...we all become happy at the end of the tour amd slept when we were back very deep in peace.

First of all the meetup... - First of all the meetup location and timing is correct
The tour concluded 3 locations and the transport was as advertised but the AC isn’t working properly
For Kaindy lake the mode of transportation is van and horse which for the horse it’s 8000 tenge for round trip
Lunch meal is 3,000 tenge
Overall impression was very good that the guide was very helpful , must minus is that the vehicle AC isn’t working properly.

Nice experience with a fantastic guide - Adam is a very polite , knowledgeable and professional tour coach. He guided us for the charyn canyon day long tour. He has good knowledge and appreciates different cultures of the world. His knowledge , energy and fun loving attitude made our trip all the more worthwhile. I believe if you are on tour with Adam you are in for some fun.

Treasures of Almaty region - It total it was a 20 hours tour. We started at 4:30 a.m and came back at midnight. Quite intense but interesting. The weather was very hot at Charyn but nice at the lakes. The guide was fine, a young energetic man, but sometimes the tourists had to kind of get organized by themselves. Its better to get ready before the trip and read the info about the places. The food was not great but for one day its ok, you will survive. My son liked a lot the of-road part of the trip. Definitely worth going and exploring the beautiful nature of Kazakhstan.

I Would Not Recommend This Company - The tour itself was quite good. It was well organized and we saw many beautiful sites. I would have given it four stars if not for a bit of dishonesty on the part of Panda Travel. I paid for the VIP tour in a small bus. At the last minute they switched us to a big bus. I would have been okay if they refunded me the extra money I paid to go on a small bus. I paid 24,000 along with several others on the so-called VIP Tour. The people on the big bus paid 11,500. All we wanted was to be paid the difference. Nothing doing. Because of this, I would not recommend this company.

One star—only because zero isn’t an option - Tourists deserve safety, not abandonment. Shame on panda travel for treating us like a joke
We booked a day trip with panda travel thinking it would be safe and organized.
Due to unavoidable reasons, we were an hour late returning to the pick-up spot.
Instead of contacting us or waiting, they left us behind in an unknown location.
There was no one around, no help, and when we finally reached them—they laughed at us.
This was extremely unprofessional and unsafe.
Please be careful and avoid booking with them. Your safety matters.
