Excellent option to know Bajacalifornia Sur. - Our travel agency contracted Choya Tours services for airport-hotel-airport transfers, as well as for whale watching tours, trip to the Cabos and Playa Balandra. Everything was great: The drivers were very punctual and friendly. The guides were also very professional and super friendly on all tours. The meals included in the tours were sufficient and excellent tasting. I and my family recommend 100% the services of this company. Very nice experience to meet in a few days Baja California Sur.

Go see the Gray Whales! - One of the most important things in choosing a tour company is trust. We booked last minute, and I asked for a confirmation via whatsapp. Choya Tours responded very quickly and confirmed pickup right at our airbnb. What a relief. The drive with the amazing Ricardo was about 2 hours but they arranged a stop, and pre-arranged our lunch which we were grateful for later. They were really good about telling us what to bring. The boats are pretty much the same at Puerto Chale, and we had a great captain. Jonathan, the tour guide, is obviously very excited and knowledgeable about whales. Once we passed the inlet and crossed the first channel, we were in a lagoon area and there they were! So many whales. They came right by the boat. There were only 8 of us plus staff, so there was plenty of room to be able to see them! There were about 10 boats in all, so it didn't feel like we were crowding the whales. I felt like time stopped while we just took it all in and watched these beautiful creatures. We finished with a great little fish lunch and drive back to La Paz. If you are staying in La Paz this is a tour you will remember forever.

Trip to puerto chale - It’s an amazing package, includes transportation to the Lagoon to see the whales and back to your place where you stay; the trip to the actual lagoon was interesting and thanks to this wonderful guide we had ( Jonathan) and a very skilled driver in Ricardo that took us there in about 2 hours ; Jonathan led the expedition to the sighting spots which were multiples school of whales leading a pack after pack of calves (young whales), Jonathan was very knowledgeable about these species and what they do in this environment; we took so many photos that we ended up turning to video whales kept coming to us and some so near you could see their barnacles, All in all we were in awe to witness so many in one morning; after the trip to the lagoon we were treated to an all seafood meal. We would recommend this company (Choya tours) to take you in their several expedition they offer.

Whale watching from Chale bay, pacific side - It was great. The boat was good, brand new, stable and we circled around the whales for ages. There were more than 30 in the area. Good tour for February.

There be whales there captain - Excellent day, Ally was great and so was the panga driver. We had 2 Wales breach less than 100 yards from us. Another was right beside when she blew and got everyone on the boat wet. Although we did not get close enough to touch one, there were lots of close encounters. A great tour, good lunch, comfortable bus ride. Could not have been better. Thanks, worth every peso.

Whale watching - Our guide, Allie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The boat took us right up to several whales that swam right up to our boat and under our boat. We were almost able to touch the whales. It was a great day was we highly recommend!

Outstanding whale watching experience - Outstanding whale sightings! The van driver and naturalist were quite professional, and did their best to make everyone comfortable. The naturalist did a good job of educating us while we were traveling to where the whales were. The boat captain was quite experienced and made it a point to get near to the whales and point them out for best viewing. This was a wonderful, fun, and educational activity.
