Super recommended and super relaxing experience - 10/10, very nice excursion and very nice people who made us the route! A very quiet excursion to do. The extra of the excursion is a shoulder training!

Experience stays in the memory - After the briefing it started despite stronger winds. Since the waves could not be kept under control we were not visiting the cave, but could still snorkel at a quiet located very small bay.
A little positively exciting for unfamiliar kayaks.

Kayaking - Good trip with kids:-) they were nice and helpful and the trip was just comfortable with children.
Went away a family of 5 (3 in a kayak and 2 in the other).

beautiful trip to the nature reserve - Booking very short notice but worked great, boats and equipment were OK, trip was a little too short, the group of 17 boats very large

Disappointed re: NO snorkeling - Disappointed did not stop at beach area to walk into and put of ocean for snorkeling. Actually, it was NOT snorkeling. Only a mask was provided...no snorkeling, no flippers. Very disappointed in that aspect of excursion.

It didn’t happen, nobody showed up! Plus we need our money back - We were left standing on the beach with an anotherGerman family waiting for someone to turn up.
Nobody did.
We rang the company several times and nobody answered. We tried to get in touch. Very disappointing, plus we still need our money back.

Avoid AWA if you value your money and time. - Booking made for 22/08/2025 through Viator. The same morning, while we were already traveling, AWA canceled the excursion under the pretext of “rough seas”, promising a refund via WhatsApp. Too bad that the sea was very calm: in fact I had the experience without problems with another operator.
From there they disappeared: no reply to messages, they ignored me despite being online and hung up my phone. Only thanks to the intervention of Viator, after more than a month, I managed to get my money back.
