- Lake Lucerne - In Alpnachstad, you will board a 100-year-old steamer ship for a leisurely 1,5h cruise back to Lucerne.

A Perfect Experience! - I am so lucky that my travel agent set me up with My Mountains and this perfect hike, and most especially that my guide was Lou. She communicated with me days before we were to meet so there was no confusion. The trails were enchanting and beyond my imagination, it was a perfect experience. She adjusted to my pace and I felt like I was experiencing everything with a new friend. I would highly recommend Lou and My Mountains to anyone visiting Switzerland!

The BEST trip we have ever taken! - We had the BEST time on our trip! Monika was our tour guide and she was wonderful. She shared so much about Swiss culture, history, and mountaineering. The lodging was amazing, views and hikes were more than we could have hoped for, and everything on our trip felt safe, fun, and truly a once and a lifetime experience. We did a lot of research on tour companies and My Mountains/ECHO Rails far exceeded our expectations. Monika took us on custom tours, gave us great tips for dinners and shopping, and the trip was the perfect balance of breathtaking hiking and cultural experiences in the towns we stayed in. You also cover so much of Switzerland by foot, train, gondola, bus, and boat. It was truly a once in a lifetime trip.

Arno was an 11 out of 10 ! We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him. - Arno was not only a great tour guide but we was knowledgeable on the culture, history and much much more. Most importantly he was flexible and allowed us to do the things we wanted for as long as we wanted. I’d highly recommend him to anyone that wants to tour
Mt. Pilatus or any other outdoor activity. He does it all!

Hiking at its best - Our guide Walter was amazing. Very informative and great communication beforehand to know our expectations and needs for the trip. We enjoyed his knowledge of the surrounding area and was so helpful navigating our hike. Definitely made the day that much more enjoyable for us.

Discovering Luzern and Pilatus with Arno - Incredible trip with Arno. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We now consider Arno a friend and look forward to staying in touch with him.
We went on a unique hike away from all tourist traps and had a very curated all day trip. The trip included a bus to hike to gondola to train to boat, all in one day.
This trip should be a requirement for all who come to Luzern. If you do not do this trip, you won’t have experienced all that Luzern has to offer.

Beautiful day on top of Pilatus - Wonderful day with Madeline and Zoey on the Golden Circle tour. My teen boys were very engaged on all parts of the trip, from the bus to the hike and up to the highest point on Pilatus then onto the cog wheel train and ending on the lake steamer. Loved it all!

Will be coming back for another tour! - Did a private hike with Lou today and she did not disappoint! I truly enjoyed every second of this trip. If you enjoy walking this is the trail for you, the further you go the more beautiful it gets. I truly believe a guide can make or break the experience and Lou certainly made it memorable!

GREAT HIKE - GREAT COMPANY - I hiked much of Mount Pilatus with Sari. it was a beautiful and challenging hike for about four hours or so. Sari Was super nice, helpful and a pleasure to be around. My dealings with Andrea or excellent and professional and I would highly recommend this tour outfit for sure!!

The perfect way to spend a day in Lucerne! - As a recent arrival to Central Switzerland, I had spent quite a few weekends seeing the beautiful sights of Lucerne before I took the walking day tour with Andrea. However, Andrea and the mymountains team offer a unique and authentic Lucerne experience that you just can't find on a tourist map.
Andrea and his team are charming and knowledgeable, and as my German/French/Italian is not up to scratch, able to communicate impeccably in English.
My companion and I were treated to a wonderful day of stunning views, lush forest, lesser-known local landmarks and exceptional local produce. As we broke (home-made) bread on a pristine hillside, I think I got to understand a little of the true meaning of Swissness.
