Great escape from a vibrant city od Rio to the quiet nature - It was an easy hike around 5 km, with no tourists around. Completely private. Beautiful forest. Eduardo and his wife Larissa were great guides, funny, optimistic and full of energy. We learned a lot about Tijuca forest and about Brasil and Rio

One of the Best Guided Hikes I’ve Had — A Must-Do in Rio - This Tijuca Forest hike with Victor was one of the highlights of my entire trip! After checking off the big sightseeing spots, this was the perfect way to add some adventure and balance to my time in Rio. Victor isn’t just a guide—he’s clearly someone who lives for the outdoors. His energy was consistent, his timing was solid, and he knew all the hidden spots that made the trail feel personal and exciting. He shared great insights about the forest and even threw in some helpful tips about the city. The route was mostly primitive trail, which I appreciated. My monitor clocked it at around 4.5 miles, and it included everything from waterfalls to a quiet cave and some light rock climbing that Victor casually described as “easy peasy.” It was just the right mix of movement, nature, and adrenaline. Even without spotting animals, the experience delivered. The natural beauty, the physical challenge, and the overall energy made it one of the best guided hikes I’ve done to date. If you’re looking to go beyond the standard tourist checklist, don’t leave Rio without doing this!!! Especially if you're even slightly into the outdoors—this one sticks with you.

Best way to experience Tijuca Park - This was hands down the most unforgettable part of my trip to Brazil. Victor is incredible—deeply knowledgeable, kind, patient, and so full of life. The tour felt personal and intimate in the best way. I loved that it was private; I could really immerse myself in the beauty of the rainforest without distractions. Victor brought me to the most breathtaking parts of the forest—places that felt sacred, lush, and alive. His storytelling and knowledge about Brazil’s history and ecology made me feel deeply connected to the land. I felt alive during the entire experience. He’s also a fantastic photographer! He captured moments of me that I’ll treasure forever. It was clear he really cared about making the tour special—and he absolutely did. If you’re in Brazil and looking for something meaningful, thrilling, and soul-enriching, book with Victor. You won’t regret it.
