Prior to your visit, you’ll receive a link to complete your pre-dive paperwork and engage in a brief, interactive eLearning session via the PADI app. This will help you become familiar with the basics before you arrive.
Upon arrival at the dive centre, you’ll be equipped with your gear for the day and introduced to your instructor. They will guide you through essential safety information and the simple skills necessary to dive under their direct supervision.
Next, it’s a short 15-minute drive to the ancient Harbor City of Amathus, where you’ll practice a few basic skills in shallow, calm waters. Once you feel confident, it’s time for your first real dive. You’ll explore the underwater world with your instructor by your side every step of the way.
The entire experience takes less than 3 hours and is an ideal way to discover if diving is for you.
- Please note, we do not visit the Amathus Ruins on land, only the underwater Amathus Ruins. You are welcome to explore the Ruins on land on your own after the dive.
