Excellent and moving guided tour - This tour was an excellent tour with a knowledgable and passionate guide. Bridgette is a local and grew up on the battlefields so her explanations were sprinkled with anecdotes that gave insights into local experiences. She responded to my teenage son's questions with answers and questions back to him that kept him engaged. A highlight was her gripping description of the battle for Villiers Bretoneaux followed by a visit to the town and Australian school museum. Bridgette then went the extra mile at the Sir John Monash museum helping us track down an undiscovered photo of my grandfather. Do yourselves a favour, hire her as your guide and you cant go wrong.

Great WW1 tour experience. - This WW1 tour with Brigitte was fantastic. There's sooo much to cover and your head is almost spinning at the end of the day from information overload. Brigitte was a great guide. Very knowledgeable. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.

Private tour that is not a private tour - Our guide arrived to pick up our group of three up for our private tour that I booked months ago and informed us there were two other people coming as well, making our private tour a general group tour of five! We walked over to the van to see a man sitting in the front seat and his wife in the middle seat, leaving us with a middle seat and two back seats in a very small 7 seater. We told the guide again that we had booked and paid for a private tour. She said private tours are for groups of four and we were only three. We had booked a private tour (and paid the private cost!) so we would have plenty of room where we could share the front seat during the day and use the easier to get to middle seats. We also wanted to be flexible in terms of time spent at the various places during the day. We will be refunded, it is being processed atm but that is not the point. The tour was to be a highlight of our France trip. It was very disappointing to have to cancel. The guide said she could organise another tour but by this stage it was well past the start time and we weren’t confident that this would be done.
