Jerash Ruins - Depart from the Amman hotel lobby and travel 50 kilometers north to Jerash, renowned as the finest example of a Roman provincial city in the Middle East. Once part of the Decapolis, the city thrived during Roman times. Discover the impressive Forum, the Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, theaters, and the Temple of Artemis.

Al Balad – Downtown Amman - Return to Amman and explore the historical sites downtown. Begin with a visit to the Citadel for panoramic views of the hilly capital. On the Citadel, observe remnants from the Roman to early Islamic periods, including the Hercules Temple, the Umayyad Palace, and the small Archaeological Museum. Nearby, visit the Roman Theatre, which seats up to 6,000 people. In the heart of downtown, wander through the markets (Souq) offering fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, clothing, household items, and more. Return to your hotel.

Amman Hotel – Mt Nebo – Madaba – Kerak Castle – Petra Hotel

Mount Nebo - Check out from the hotel and travel to Mt. Nebo, believed to be the resting place of Prophet Moses. Weather permitting, enjoy a view of the Promised Land similar to his. In the remains of the 4th-century Moses Memorial Church, admire the beautiful mosaics.

St. George’s Church - Take a short drive to Madaba, famous for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaic art. Visit the renowned 6th-century map of Palestine in the Greek Orthodox St. George’s Church. Enjoy free time to explore the town if desired.

Karak Castle - Continue to Kerak along the historic biblical caravan route, the King’s Way. Pause briefly in Wadi Al-Mujib, a stunning wide valley with remarkable geological formations. In Kerak, visit the famous Crusader castle built in 1132/34 by King Baldwin I of Jerusalem. Proceed for 2 hours to Petra.

Petra Visit – Petra Hotel

Petra - Today, explore the highlight of Jordan, the rose-red city of Petra! Early risers can start as early as 06:00, but remember to request a breakfast box from the hotel the day before. Meet your local guide and traverse the narrow canyon, known as the Siq, with its vibrant sandstone. At the end, marvel at the breathtaking Treasury. Continue along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. After approximately 2 hours, your guide will bid you farewell at the restaurant area. Enjoy free time to explore Petra independently. Adventurous visitors can climb the 800 steps to the 45-meter-high Monastery El Deir. Return to the main gate. Overnight in Petra.
