Amman Hotel – Wadi Rum 3-Hour Jeep Ride – Petra Hotel

Amman - At 08:00, the driver will be waiting in the lobby of your Amman hotel, holding an orange sign with your name on it. The journey to Wadi Rum will take approximately 4 hours.

Wadi Rum Protected Area - Wadi Rum is a vast, tranquil landscape of ancient riverbeds and is the largest and most stunning desert landscape in Jordan. Upon arrival, transfer to a four-wheel-drive Jeep with a local Bedouin driver. Explore sites such as the Nabataean temple and the Lawrence Spring, named after the famous film “Lawrence of Arabia.” You can climb to the top of the Little Bridge, scramble up the red sand dune, and see the ancient inscriptions at Khazali Canyon. There is an option to add a camel ride in Wadi Rum at your own expense.

Petra - Wadi Musa - Transfer from Wadi Rum to your booked Petra hotel, which takes about 1.5 hours.

Petra Visit – Amman Hotel

Petra - Visit Petra, the “Red Rose City” and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Be prepared for a lot of walking on sand and rocks. Upon arrival (if selected with a local guide), a local guide will meet you at the Petra Visitor Center and guide you for 2 hours. Petra is Jordan’s biggest attraction, first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe that settled in the area and founded a commercial empire extending into Syria. Walk through the canyon, known as the Siq, to see the most beautiful monument: The Treasury Building, rising over 140 feet. Continue via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. You will have free time afterward to explore other sites on your own. After the tour, meet the driver at the gate of the Visitor’s Center.

Amman - After a 203 km drive along the Desert Highway, you will be dropped off at your Amman hotel.
