- Quseir Amra - After approximately an hour’s drive, arrive at the UNESCO-listed “Quseir Amra,” one of east Jordan’s most renowned castles. Once an Umayyad hunting palace, this beautifully restored structure features 8th-century frescoes depicting lavish scenes of nude women, wine, and festivities.
- Qasr al-Kharrana - Proceed to “Qasr Al-Kharanah,” a majestic two-level fortress situated in a vast plain. Believed to be built on Roman foundations, this intriguing castle showcases a rich blend of Mesopotamian, Arabic, and Greek architectural styles.
- Qsar Al-Azraq - Conclude your tour at “Qasr Al-Azraq,” initially an Umayyad hunting retreat and later used as a base by T.E. Lawrence, the 20th-century British soldier and Arab Revolt leader, famously known as Lawrence of Arabia.
