Must do at least once in a lifetime - The Golden Temple is a must, no matter what religion people are. We went during the day and took a tour provided by an employee of the temple. It was amazing. We saw the kitchen, which provides enormous amount of free meals for the devotees. The next day, we went for the evening ceremony. This was something very special, which will stay with me for long time.

A great day. Highly recommended. - Highly recommended. The Golden Temple was a must see for me and it did not disappoint. Absolutely beautiful. A road closure caused us to take a detour which turned into an impromptu tour of the different neighbourhoods of Amritsar. The Attari Wagah border closing ceremony is something everyone should see. Our driver was very personable and professional. Overall, a great day.

Amazing - Very good deal received from this agency. Staff were very very supportive and caring. We liked our day tour which was organized very well by our Guide Amit.

Poor - It wasn't a guided tour , more like a taxi ride and being dropped off at each location. No explanations given at each location very disappointed

Not the best experience - Unfortunately the experience was quite stressful. First of all the tour company, despite asking, didn't let us know what time we were being picked up for the tour and by whom until the middle of the night. They also told us it was one person but then another person arrived, which we thought was a scam. The chauffeur was very nice and tried to be helpful, but was obviously NOT a guide and did NOT speak English, so took a while to work out that he had replaced the original guide. We rang the tour company to say he didn't speak English and they did quickly send someone to meet us who did speak English and was an actual guide. However he was not with us for the last part of the trip to the Wagha Border so we got lost on the way out of the ceremony. The tour company also did not inform us that the Partition Museum was closed on the day of the tour.

Avoid at all costs - Avoid. The worst guide experience I’ve ever had. My ‘guide’ was perfectly friendly but he was utterly clueless about anything and uninterested in anything other than greeting his friends wherever we went. He didn’t explain a single thing, couldn’t answer even basic questions about the golden temple or the gardens etc. We cut our losses and had to explain everything to my kids when we beat a hasty retreat to our hotel. I knew it was going to be bad when they didn’t respond to any messages until the night before the guided tour, but I really really wish I’d cancelled. If I could give 0 stars I would, and will be asking for a full refund.
