Excellent tour - We had travel problems and Kaji was so flexible to enable us to see nearly everything on the itinerary
He even took us to the Heritage Village and joined us for dinner

A memorable trip with Bal Travels! - Lovely experience with Kavi and Bikram. Both were extremely helpful and made our Amritsar trip one we will always remember and cherish! They took us to right places and made us eat the yummy food delicacies Amritsar has to offer. They were great company and we enjoyed getting to know them. They had an extensive knowledge about the city of Amritsar and we were truly grateful for everything they had to offer! Thank you so much! Highly recommend to everyone who is making a trip to Amritsar :)

Great driver and fantastic recommendations! - I traveled from Amritsar to Dharamshala and Mcleodganj with my family. Our driver got us to all of our destinations safely and quickly. We had a great time!!!
We did not know exactly what sights we wanted to see, but our driver gave us many recommendations. All of his suggestions were great! He also showed us where we could get excellent food in both the Dharamshala area and Amritsar.
Everything about this experience was great. I highly recommend using these services!

Excellent day with Kavi - I was traveling with my parents to amritsar for a day. Kavi guided us really well, from knowing nothing about the city to knowing almost most of the things in a day. He made sure that we make most of the day. We visited all the attractions around Amritsar and also enjoyed the lovely delicacies. Kavi is humble and honest person, dedicated to provide excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend taking a day tour of Amritsar with Kavi. If you have more time you can also opt for more days.

Generally good. Would recommend but tour operator needs to be more accurate in their description of what is included. - Generally good and I would recommend. I booked the Day Trip Amritsar with Wagah Border Ceremony (Sedan Car 4+1). I booked with Viator. I included an English speaking guide for an extra cost. He was very good and worth paying the additional fee for. He took good care of me. I learnt and saw a lot. Driver was very good too. Clean car, safe driving. Timely and efficient. Had a great day. Covered a lot. My issue was more with the tour operator. I had to chase a few times to confirm my booking. What annoyed me was what they advertised on Viator needs to be accurate so guests like myself know what they are paying for. Viator said lunch was and wasn't included. I assumed it was but it wasn't. They also said one of the museums we visited was a free entrance but I had to pay for this. Finally, the itinerary included a temple but the guide wasn't aware that this was part of the tour. When I showed him on Viator, he was fine to take me and he was very nice. As I said excellent guide and driver but the tour operator needs to be more accurate and honest in what is included and what is not. I think they could also start a little later. Maybe 09:30 or 10:00 as there was too much time before the final stop at the Wagah Border. It was freezing and I had to sit in the cold for nearly one and a half hours before the ceremony began. Whilst it was a nice atmosphere, it became too cold and we could have done with getting there a little later. Would recommend otherwise.
