Unmissable experience - Absolutely amazing experience, would definitely recommend, I would say the 16:00 booking slot is the best time to go as you get to watch the sunset over Amsterdam, the only thing that I would say is that I thought the swing was included in the price but it wasn’t, it was an extra €17pp, which we didn’t mind paying because it was worth it.

Breathtaking view - Would definitely recommend this trip the view is great, it wasn't to busy which helped we booked the burger meal and it was one of the best smash burger ive had. If i was to give one negative the Heineken was a touch on the expensive side but i guess you would expect that in a place like that. It was card only but if you don't want the change they will accept cash.

Great views, comfy seats - To be honest- we didn’t know what to expect. We had a morning spare and took the metro over then walked about 10/15 mins and found the lookout. It was just 11am and opening. We paid 18 euro each plus 4 each for a coffee at the top. There are other add ons as well if you want them. Up via the lift, then into the bar/restaurant area. This was pleasantly surprising and quiet at 11am. We had comfortable seats to admire the view from up high, out of the wind. Then onto the open platform to walk 360 round to admire the view. Word of warning - get there early! The ferries are free from central station direct over the river - you don’t need to take the metro. Also- when we left about an hour later it was busy and the ladies loos were blocked (!) It probably was worth the money for the view- but only because we got there early.

Elevator show was something different! - The place is really nice! It is modern and fancy However,I didn’t like the idea that the place is focused on serving 18+ drinks Also,we experienced the VR,which turned out to be cool, but overpriced It costed 7,50€ pp,and only lasted 2 minutes! The swings require additional ticket, and it was sold out so I can’t grade it I would give this place a 3,if not the coolest elevator show that I have seen in my life

Great views, no rush - It wasn't too busy here on our October visit. We took the free ferry accross from Centraal Station and bought our tickets at reception. We added a drink for €4.00 each and learnt after ordering drinks in the bar that they were only worth a small drink. We also added the Swinging Over The Edge ticket for another €7.00. This was good. Just a short que. We didn't add any food. Great views fron the bar and from the top, but can be a bit windy there. We enjoyed our time here. No rush. We even had a second drink and admired the views.

Only got half an experience - The tower itself is great, the staff were friendly and helpful (big shout out to Marcus without whom we wouldn't have been able to even go up the tower due to issue with QR code on our tickets). The tickets were showing as deactivated when scanned but thankfully Marcus managed to find our booking another way and admitted us 20 or so minutes later than our reservation time. We rushed to the restaurant and then discovered that the sky deck was closed and we weren't able to gain access as our entry time had elapsed which was really disappointing. The meal at madam was great, expensive but delicious and the views were amazing. It's just a shame we only got half of our paid experience due to the issue with the tickets making us late. Also worth noting that they close the doors at bang on 6pm. Our booking was for 6 and the lady on the door very begrudgingly let us in at 6.01pm but get there a few minutes early if poss.

Airport AWFUL, rest highs and lows - Airport has no porters to help with luggage, shuttles are terrible, food is ridiculously high. 85 euros for two hamburgers and fries. The Airport is terribly understaffed. They hire and fire people on a daily basis. The Airport has NO contingency plans for winter weather. We were stuck there for four days due to the winter storm that blew through. The city itself is fairly nice with multiple activities and restaurants. The best meal we had was at Mister Meat Steakhouse. Steaks were cooked great to order and the ribs were the best I've had in any restaurant in Europe or the states. Be sure to travel there in non-winter months and you'll be okay.

We had our tickets for... - We had our tickets for the scheduled time and we showed up to the event where the people working told us that they could not verify our ticket even though we showed up one time. We were not able to arrive to the event and they could not verify our ticket so we did not get to experience it. It was quite the inconvenience because we had to take a ferry to do this event and they turned us away, even though we were there on time.
