Peter was an excellent... - Peter was an excellent guide. We loved touring with him. We had the opportunity to see way more locations than we would have from walking or going on our own. Loved it!

It was absolute fun. We... - It was absolute fun. We saw the city from a different perspective. The segways were lighter and more mobile than the ones we used in Rome. The downside is you can’t hear the tour guide at all.

See the city - We had such a fun tour exploring the city! We went everywhere, had a lovely and informative guide and saw a lot.
Thanks so much. We would recommend this for everyone.

What an adventure! - What an adventure! We had a great couple of hours, with the only issue being the rain (which can’t be helped). Darting about the streets of Amsterdam - as dangerous as it sounds! We survived…..only just! Thanks for the experience.

Great way to see the city - We ended up being the only ones on our tour.
Our guide Peter had lived in Amsterdam his whole life and had some great insights into how much it had changed even over his lifetime.
The segways were easy to use and a great way to see the whole city. Being such a bicycle friendly city our only tip is to stick close to the guide or risk getting in the way of some bikers. The tour went for 3 hours but this honestly flew by.

The tour was good fun and... - The tour was good fun and sure a good way to get an overview of the city.
The information about the city was not priority so it you want that then do a different tour. Also, the company didn‘t have all the sizes of helmits.
But still a very fun experience.

The first and last time - German group booked, guide hardly spoke German.
First there was a briefing and practice round in the park, very positive !
The route went all the time along dangerous main roads. Except for a few exceptions.
Two accidents in the group.
Once for not mastering the Segway,
once because of the dangerous intersections.

Technology needed - Amsterdam is a very busy and noisy city. It has a lot of beautiful sites and interesting history.
The issue I had was: The guide was soft spoken and with six of us, many of us didn’t know what she was saying.
Please get headsets for the riders so they can hear. They use them on tours all the time. This would help your patrons and your guide.

Just OK- guide not informed - We love Segways- We do a tour everywhere we visit both to enjoy the ride but also to get to know our surrounding. This guide, Peter, didn’t really know anything about the town, couldn’t answer any questions, and even got lost getting back to where we started. Nice man, just shouldn’t be a guide.

Avoid this tour – they canceled without telling us! - We booked this Segway tour about a month before our trip to Amsterdam through TripAdvisor. On the day of the tour it was raining a bit and walked about 25 minutes to the meeting point. When we got there — nothing! No guide, no sign, no one around.
I even spoke to someone coming out of a nearby building who confirmed we were in the right place. After waiting for a while, my friend managed to get in touch with the organizer — who casually told us he had canceled the tour the day before. Unfortunately, he had completely ignored to inform us.
To make things worse, TripAdvisor had even sent us a reminder that same morning to not forget the tour! The attitude from the tour operator was very nonchalant and honestly quite arrogant.
Really disappointing experience — we were left standing in the rain with no communication at all. Watch out for this one!
