• Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam - A short ride along the Easterndocks will take us towards the Maritime Museum where we’ll be able to view a replica 17c Sailing vessel
• Brouwerij ‘t IJ - It’s a windmill and a brewery. What’s not to love? We’ll have been on tour already 15-20 mins so it’s a great moment for our first food/drink stop.
• Verzetsmuseum Amsterdam - Museum of WWII Resistance - Across from the Zoo we’ll also see the Resistance museum (Verzetsmuseum) and take in a bit of history.
• ARTIS Amsterdam Royal Zoo - One of the oldest Zoo’s in Europe we’ll have a quick stop to discuss the history and connect during the war.
• Magere Brug - “Where’s that one bridge?” is a common question tour guides get asked. We’ll see one of the most famous bridges in Amsterdam

When in Rome… or rather, Amsterdam!

Upon arriving in Amsterdam, one is immediately captivated by the abundance of bicycles. Everywhere you look, both locals and tourists are zipping through the narrow canals and over charming bridges. Simultaneously, there’s an eagerness to taste some of the traditional local cuisine and beverages. This tour perfectly combines all three elements.

Blending history, food, and drink in equal measure, participants will grab bikes and head to one of the city’s independent breweries, conveniently situated near a classic Dutch windmill. There will be an opportunity to sample a local brew and enjoy some delicious snacks. Hopping back on the bikes, the tour will explore more of the city, stopping for additional food along the way, and concluding the experience back at the starting point – conveniently located next to another fantastic Amsterdam brewery.
