A great experience! - The museum itself is okay - tells you a bit about our senses, how we interpret flavours, etc. but the real star of the show is the cocktail making experience! It's an affordable add-on to your trip that gives you an insight into mixology. You get to pick your flavour combinations and be guided by experienced bartenders in a relaxed setting. I would definitely go back to repeat it.

Fab experience - The bols cocktail experience was great we had a really good time here there is alot of information and alot of interaction and you get a cocktail of your choice either alcoholic or non alcoholic at the end of the experience when you get to the bar section It takes about 1 hour to do the experience then drinks really good experience would highly recommend. Not far from Heineken Experience.

Cannot Recommend Enough - Such an amazing experience for anyone who appreciates cocktails! At the end of the experience we had such a lovely time in the bar and a great talk with our bartender who gave us more insights into Genever.

Unexpected Gem - I hadn’t really looked into the experience much as it was part of our GoCity card. But turned out to be one of our favourite experiences in Amsterdam. Loved trying to guess all the different smells, learning about Bols Genever and having a cheeky cocktail (or 5). Such a fun part of our trip.

Love coming here! - Every time a great experience! I've been to "House of Bols" for the third time and I always love coming here. The staff is super friendly and motivated and the bartenders are extremely competent when it comes to cocktails of all sorts. The museum itself is small but interesting and an overall fun experience especially if you come here with friends or your partner!

Fun and interactive - A really fun way to spend an hour or so! We happened to walk past it, and stopped by. It’s very interactive lots to smell and learn about. Really enjoyed the random shot and the cocktail at the end. Bar staff made us a birthday shot which was delicious. We would love to go back and try the cocktail making class as it looked really good.

Cocktail hour - A fun experience to understand the history of Bols. A cocktail included at the end but as there was a large group just starting their tour when we arrived, we had the cocktail before the tour. Lots of choice of cocktails and great bar staff. The only criticism was that it was very loud in the bar area - music in the bar, a big group and a cocktail class nearby - and lots of bright lighting. Bad timing for us but would recommend if you like cocktails.
