We enjoyed this tour a... - We enjoyed this tour a lot. The tour guide did a great job & knowledgeable. Bruges is beautiful, although it is far from Amsterdam, but this tour made it seamless.

Great Trip - Myself and my fiance booked this tour while on a break to Amsterdam last week. There were Spanish and English speaking people on the tour bus, so the commentary was in both languages. Sylvia was our guide on the bus and took the Spanish walking tour in Bruges. She was very friendly and helpful in our dealings with her on the bus. When we reached Bruges, our English speaking tour guide was Mike and he was brilliant; he took us to the main sights and explained everything in a way that made it all so interesting. He also gave hints and tips about local food and drink, including taking us to a local chocolate shop. The chocolate I bought there is the best I’ve tasted! After the tour we had a couple of hours to wander ourselves before making our way back to the bus. All in all, a great tour!

Short day in Brugge - Brugge is lovely .I think the tour should start a hour earlier since it takes 3.5 hrs to get there to give you more time to see some of the sights. Tour guide Ian was delightful and knowledgeable.

Cute town! - Comfortable ride in to Bruges - really enjoyed exploring on our own. The weather was perfect for dining outside and strolling. Alex was a great tour guide and Sandra was an excellent driver.

Bruges - It was more of a transportation situation than a tour. The guide was so hard to listen to that we opted out of the hour tour once we got to Bruges. He wasn’t very friendly either-just cordial. No suggestions on what to do during our free time or where to go, just gave us a map.

The trip was great, but the guide seemed avoidant - The experience itself was great, and worth the money and likely better than taking a train. The problem I encountered was the guide didn’t seem to want to engage with me for a reason I cannot explain. It appeared to me that he kept his focus on the small groups, which as a businessman I understand, he probably assumed it would lead to bigger tips for the guide. However, as a multimillionaire real estate investor in the Washington area, you assumed wrong that a solo traveler was to be ignored.

No communication on last minute tour cancellation. - We paid cash for a two-person Bruges tour from Amsterdam through the Tours & Tickets outlet at Dam Square. At the time of purchase, we specifically asked whether there were sufficient participants for the tour to proceed and were assured by the salesperson that there were. Unfortunately, the tour was later cancelled the day before the excursion by the operator - Enticon, and we were not notified of the cancellation. Both parties have since shifted responsibility to each other, including alleging that emails may have ended in my email Spam folder (there is none recevied, spam or otherwise). Tours & Tickets have refused to take further responsibility and have directed us to seek a refund directly from the tour operator - Enticon, despite the payment having been made in cash to Tours & Tickets. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend purchasing tour tickets directly from the tour operator rather than through a ticketing agent such as Tours & Tickets, as direct bookings ensure you receive timely and reliable communication from the operator.

Tour cancelled w/o notice - It was disappointing because the operator cancelled the tour without us being notified ahead of time. We ended up switching it with another tour that has lesser value than we paid. It was difficult to get in touch with Viator on day of the tour. We could have made plans if proper notification was given.

Tours & Tickets trip to Bruges - I have a trip on Nov 19, 2025 morning to Bruges city at 9:30 am and when I went to the shop inside the central station to get my tags, they told me that the trip has been cancelled due to that the numbers of people is not enough to do the trip, I have paid the money of Euro 138 for me and my wife in cash and I asked them to refund my money back in cash, the refused and ask me to contact customer service to refund it to my account. I sent this email early morning with no response for more than 5 hours. I was so upset that no one told me before about this cancellation in order to change my plan, we are in a short visit here to Amsterdam and have a tied schedule. My money did not yet refunded until today It is really very bad experience and I advise not to deal with tours & tickets Amsterdam.. they don’t care about their customers and reputation.
