The best Windmill and country side tour. - We really enjoyed the tour to the countryside and the windmills including Edam. Our tour bus driver was Steff, the piano player. He kept us entertained through out the tour. Our tour guides were Astrid and Susanna. They were the best guides. We toured the windmills, Marken, Voldedam and Edam. There was a 30 minute boat ride from Marken to Volendam. It was quite an enjoyable tour. I would recommend it for everyone. Stef kept us laughing and had us all singing. Astrid and Susanna were friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great day trip - A very well organised and pleasant day trip. Informative and friendly guides. A great way to see a lot in a short space of time. If you have more time I would recommend a trip with longer at each stop

This is a great tour! - The guide was awesome (Astrid?)! The stops were great and showed several parts of the history of the country.

Very worthwhile trip - Excellent Value trip. Very comfortable coach and visited varied sites. Windmill talk, clog maker and waffle demos excellent- great information and lively delivery. Cheese factory a big disappointment as so little info given and no demo. Just selling really. So good to see countryside and villages outside the city. Excellent guide and friendly driver.

Touristy and not authentic local experience - Guide was good and tour was well managed. They have some useless activities which you would realise only after doing so buying all inclusive package is not recommended. Cheese factory, clog factory and waffle factory were merely sales outlets targeting tourists. They barely make anything in these premises. Windmill we went to was not functional and we were told its because of wind. However it was a windy day and all adjacent windmills were working. Its ok if all you want is some sightseeing and pictures but at all an authentic Holland experience.

The double decker bus... - The double decker bus with 84 people way too many people to get much out of the demonstration! Tge countryside was beautiful! Edam was favorite!

1 to see but fast - The site is good mills. A lot of people. Paid parking 15 euro. Activities in the mills are subject to payment. 6 eur per person for the view and photo. Interesting cheese tasting. Cheese Award a little expensive. Have a nice ride. Didn't have the opportunity to do the museum. Toilet 1 eur per person.

Don't pay the extra - They charged us 15 euros more and didn't translate anything. The visit was all in English. We were scammed an extra 60 euros for nothing. They also did not give us additional explanations during the tour. There were 2 guides.

Scam - In the description of the tour you are told that it is in Spanish and English and when you get there you realize that it is all in English. This we told the guide and told us that it was not their problem, that the information was wrong on the internet. The guide doesn't explain any history or anything. When you ask her and talk to her for 3 minutes, she tries to escape so she doesn’t have to explain anything else. They only take you to the shops to buy the products and do business. The boat trip does not deserve the 10€ far less. Marken, you don't visit him, you're taken to the clog factory and you're on the bus quickly. Conclusion: DO NOT take this tour with Ticket and Tours.
