Beautiful day, amazing gardens. - We were lucky to go to the gardens in gorgeous sunny day. The flowers were beautiful and, even though it was practically the end of tulip season, there were lots of tulips to admire. Let’s not forget the other types of flowers, which were many. We followed the guide to a certain point and then were on our own to explore the place as we wished.

Enchanted garden - We had a difficult time finding the tour bus and missed it. We had to take public transportation to the garden. We could not get into the garden with our ticket in hand. Called viator, thankfully the guide came to the entrance and got us in. The garden was magical. The colors were so vibrant and beautiful. Well worth the trouble to get there. Highly recommend the trip to the garden.

Must-see - The paradise of tulips, very beautiful park, well organized with multiple greenhouses in addition to the outdoors, its points food, drink, ... But mostly tulips that can't be found here. You can also go by bus to the centre of Amsterdam or, like us, from the airport, the various proposals from the centre being saturated (and for the same or lower cost). In short, if you come to Amsterdam but in mid-April or early May at the latest because the tulips are ephemeral.

Great day trip- horrible guide. - The gardens are beautiful but our guide was awful. She was not engaged or personable. We had a number of older people in our group and she walked too quickly due some. Also the directions to the meeting place were horrible. Give an address and tell people to look for the green umbrellas

Tulips tulips tulips but missing tour guide - The garden itself was most beautiful with the tulips in full bloom with mesmerizing colors. Definitely see the gardens. We were disappointed with the tour guide, I think her name was Lavania. She was not interactive. She gave some very basic commentary about the Netherlands. Once we arrived at the gardens the tour stated that she will provide 45 minutes of historical information about the park. She did not even stay with us. She got us thru the entry gate and all she said was giving us a time of when to meet her. Several of us requested her and asked about the history she was to provide. She just ignored us and went with a few attendees who wanted to take the boat ride. On our return, everyone was tired so I understood why she stayed quiet until we were back. But we did not pay for her to be quiet, we paid for a tour guide, who could make it interactive I have done several tours with Viator and this one did not live up to the expectations.

Some rooms to improve - no one contact me before the trip, not easy to find the meeting point. They better to provide all detail information.

Keukenhof Gardens from Amsterdam - The meeting directions were horrible. Even the concierge at our hotel told us so. No such building/address. The bus was difficult to find. When we finally arrived we were not told to look for the green umbrellas. There was no mention of that! We signed up for English only tour. Our tour ended up being dual language, English/Spanish. Would never recommend or use this tour company again!

Recommend park 100%! Hope for a professional tour guide - Instructions to find tour bus were not clear. Not only was the address inadequate, most tours mention looking for signs or certain color umbrellas. Had no idea of what to look for. Flowers and park were breathtaking. Tour guide was present on the bus. That is about it. She was no help at all. She led us to the gardens and told us what time to meet and get back on the bus. She played a song for us on the way back. Name of song: “Take a Walk on the Wild Side” listen for yourself. Not appropriate for a crowd you’re not familiar with.
