Best Walking Tour! - This was the best tour! Dave was educational, clearly a history buff, funny, and so interestingly detailed that he captured our attention. We learned so much about Amsterdam and he made it fascinating. We also learned about the best places to eat, get cookies, French fries and tiny puff pancakes, which we ended up sampling after our tour. So good. I highly recommend Dave as a tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.

Walkabout Amsterdam with a laugh and a smile - David provides a fun, informative walkabout in Amsterdam. Insightful commentary on the Dutch and this beautiful city wrapped up in a fun delivery. All smiles...just go for it! And consider David for private tours of the museums in Amsterdam as well...we had David take us through the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum....exceptionally presented and informative.

A vibrant Amsterdam - Our guide, David, is calm and spiritual. He has excellent knowledge of Amsterdam, the construction of the canals, the history of the city and of several famous characters who lived and contributed to the history of the city and the Netherlands. We made the tour on the national holiday "Liberation Day", with the center of Amsterdam quite tumultuous with a crowd. David had to improvise some paths to escape the riot without losing the promise of showing a vibrant Amsterdam. He made several suggestions on how to deepen our knowledge of this beautiful city and its typical food.

The best walking tour in Amsterdam! - We did a walk with David on our first day in Amsterdam. We could not have picked a better tour or a better guide! He was phenomenal! We were able to get acclimated to the city and learn some of the ins and outs that tourists should know like "Watch out for bicycles!" How to Tap in and Tap out, what the different sections of the city are called. We saw so many beautiful and interesting things. We walked a lot but were never tired because it is a slowish stroll and you stop to admire things. David is a wealth of knowledge and sprinkles his knowledge with interesting stories. This is the tour you want to take! Highly recommend! I will recommend this tour to anyone going to Amsterdam!
