Best way to see the tulips - This exceeded our expectations! Bus was on time, smooth ride and super friendly driver. He parked us right at the front....a true VIP service! We left Amsterdam at 1:30pm, arrived at the tulip experience first and then went to Keukenhof. Entrance tickets were included in the price. We were able to walk right in....no buying tickets on site. It was super smooth.

Fabulous Experience Seeing Tulip Fields & Gardens - Incredible experience at The Tulip Experience and Keukenhof. Only complaint was that we really needed more time at both. Tour needs to start at 8 and end at 4.

A Must-Do Experience in Amsterdam – Beautiful Gardens and Great Tour Service! - An amazing day visiting the most incredible gardens I’ve ever seen. It’s a must-do if you’re going to Amsterdam. The tour agency, Tours & Tickets, was great—very punctual and reasonably priced. Nick, our driver, was very friendly, funny, and always willing to help and give recommendations.

Length of time at the Gardens could be shorter - Although riding in a tour bus is quite fun, there is not a lot to be seen on the "countryside" enroute to the Gardens. We also felt two hours would have been sufficient to have a cup of tea, a snack, shop the tourist stores and still have time to take in the beauty of the tulips. The tulip experience is well done with the history of the tulip. The gardens there too are phenomenal. In retrospect, we may have been better served to take public transport at a lesser price and also to take advantage of being able to leave the Gardens on our own terms. However, I must say, our female bus driver was very confident and I felt very comfortable traveling under her care. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but I believe she may be the only female on their team.

Amazing Flowers and Photo Opportunities! - Seeing all the tulips and smelling the flowers was absolutely incredible! I couldn’t have picked a better time to go! The buses were easy to get to, although we did arrive a bit later than we should have because we weren’t told to arrive 10 minutes early. I also wish we could have left our flowers that we got at the first place on the bus because we weren’t allowed to bring them into the park, but I understand why the two places were in the order they were. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Do Not Use Tours & Tickets - Bought tickets from this company because it said skip the line When you arrive at Central Station to pick up your tickets you stand in line with hundreds, yes hundreds of other people so get there at least 45 mintutes early than they say. When arrived at Keukenhof Tulip Garden ticket would not work. Was told had to go to office and after much conversation & showing my email where I had purchased ticket for that day, we were finally allowed to enter. When purchased return time was 6 1/2 hours which would put us back at 4-4:30 at latest. Did not return to station until after 6 pm!!! All other buses from other companies were leaving on time but our driver had gone to flower parade & didn’t return to bus until it was over. Other buses from drivers left before over to avoid the traffic. THEN driver took a route back that was thru towns with many lights & turns which took us twice as long as route of freeway we took getting there. Because of this we were very late arriving to an important meeting we had at 6. DO NOT USE TOURS & TICKETS

Be aware of the tickets! - I recommend visiting this place, but the time allocated is too long — 3 hours is way too much and it gets quite boring. The bus doesn’t return to pick you up until after the full 3 hours, so you’re forced to wait. Also, make sure to double-check your tickets, because when we arrived, we were told they were invalid and had to go back to the office to get them exchanged.
