It was the best day in the Netherlands. - The wonderful picturesque scenery, the delicious lunch and the windmills of Zaanseskanth were all fun and awesome. I wanted to visit again in a different season. Our guide, DEAN, was kind and showed us the map as he explained it, and he looked like Van Gogh and tall and like a university professor. He talked about geographical natural disasters and development through history and trade. The bus was new and beautiful, and the driver was calm and safe. On the day of the event, the wind was so strong that I had to protect myself against the cold, but I bought gloves and scarf hats because they were sold to souvenir shops. This tour is a walk, so please wear comfortable shoes. This trip made me fall in love with the Netherlands. I recommend it to everyone. I was happy. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended! - Highly recommended! We took an 8-hour tour to Zaanse Schans, Edam, Volendam, and Marken with Wybe, an excellent guide—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Even for those who are not fluent in English, Wybe speaks clearly and is easy to understand. The trip was comfortable and not tiring at all, thanks to the breaks during the bus transfers between stops. A flawless experience with no downsides!

Nice overview of ancient Dutch culture. - Excellent tour with just the right amount of time at each location. It was nice that we visited a lot of Dutch culture. The demonstrations were lacking a little in creativity, as they were staged for tourists (this is true for any of the tours you will go on), but you do get an understanding of what went into the production of ...shoes, cheese, etc. The tour was worth it. The guide (Eduardo) was excellent.

A terrible guide - We booked a tour with Camaleon Tour in Amsterdam and the experience was quite disappointing, mainly due to the unprofessionalism of our guide, Juan. During the stop in Volendam, we were told that the meeting point to resume the tour would be at 14:30 after the meal. However, when a group of six girls arrived just five minutes later, at 14:35, the guide and the rest of the group had already left without waiting for us. They left us completely abandoned. We tried to reach the company, but they didn't give us Juan's number. They just told us they would contact him, and at first he wouldn't even respond. When he finally took the call, he was already on the bus to the next destination, without us on board. We had no choice but to look for public transport to return to Amsterdam on our own and wait there for the tour bus, as our belongings were still inside. This meant a two-hour wait and the loss of an important part of the route: the activity in the mills and the visit to the clog factory. When we managed to meet the group again, the guide never apologized. On the contrary, he blamed us for the situation, claiming that we had wasted his time, when in fact he reached the final destination even earlier than planned. This level of disorganization and lack of consideration is not acceptable in a tourist service. In any serious venture, a guide would wait at least a few minutes courtesy or ensure that all travelers were on board before leaving. Moreover, the lack of support from the agency only compounded the problem. I do not recommend this company and above all I do not recommend this guide. If you are looking for a well-organized experience with responsible professionals, it is best to opt for another option.
