- Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center - Visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center to discover and learn about the incredible wild animals cared for by this non-profit sanctuary. Dedicated to the rehabilitation of injured and orphaned wildlife, as well as animal restoration, this remarkable program focuses on education, conservation, and research of Alaska’s wildlife. The first half of the visit will be guided, followed by free time to explore independently.
- Cook Inlet - Travel through the breathtaking scenery of Chugach State Park and Chugach National Forest, featuring dramatic mountain landscapes, glaciers, and ocean views. A scenic photo stop may be made here, weather and time permitting.

Spectacular Alaska and best guide - This was an awesome tour, thanks largely to David, the tour guide (and owner of the business). Knowledgeable, interesting, fun, great manner, passionate about Alaska. Gave us a running commentary while on the road, good explanations about each stop. Definitely one of the best guides we have had in our time travelling in Canada and Alaska.

Definitely worth it - Dave was very knowledgeable on almost everything he came across. Had recommendations for good photo spots, food, and other stuff. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Had a great time.

Wow! I’ve experienced more than a dozen tours during my 3 weeks in Alaska, and this tour led by David has been the best! - Don’t miss this tour with David. He is truly a renaissance man and will not only give you comprehensive geography lessons about the locations you will tour, but you will also learn about the history of the ancient peoples who populated these areas. He is a well-educated naturalist who will keep you enthralled with his many anecdotes and discussions of animal behavior, geology, chemistry, the physics associated with walking on mud, animal physiology, animal adaptations relating to living in cold environments, ecology of marine mammals, and if you are interested in the scientific names rather than just the common names of the animals you will see, he will supply those as well. This tour would be a bargain if it cost twice the asking price.

Incredible Day Trip! - We spent a lovely afternoon touring the beautiful scenery and wildlife of the Anchorage and surrounding areas. David was one of the best tour guides I have ever experienced. He eagerly shares his love and knowledge of his home in Alaska and his passion for the nature and wildlife with those on the tour. He is very kind and curious putting you at ease and into a lighthearted community feeling right away. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to see around the Anchorage area.

Excellent day trip! - I am not a tour person, but I was solo in Anchorage after dropping my kid off for a backpacking trip. I didn’t have a car and wanted to see something other than downtown Anchorage…David delivered! He was knowledgeable, personable, and sincere in his love for Alaska and outdoor adventure. In six hours I saw several beautiful places and lots of fascinating animals. I learned a lot and enjoyed every minute. I never felt rushed and small group size made it a unique experience for all. So glad I took a chance on this fabulous tour and made the most of my long weekend in Anchorage.

Great for kids and adults. - My daughter and I spent an afternoon traveling from Anchorage to Alyeska and back. It included the aerial tram and stop sights along the way. The day was sunny with a high cloud cover. It is a beautiful region and I highly recommend. The staff at Alyeska was friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful time of the year to be there in July.
