Even in the rain, you'll see and learn a ton - The one rainy day of our entire 10-day trip but driver/guide Matt did everything he could to mitigate, including having little squeegees to wipe down fogged windows in the van. He talked the entire way out to Turnagain Arm and most of the way back, and is a fountain of knowledge. The Conservation Center is so well done, and Matt knew how to best time our arrival/viewing to best see the animals.

Great Alaska Nature Tour - The tour was excellent!! We took the walk through the Alaska Nature Conservation Center and Turnagain, it should be noted that our guide Gary (tall with long white beard : similar to Santa Claus) was an excellent person. He gave us historical, funny and enriching facts about Alaskan traditions and customs. In addition to safely and experiencedly operating the Enterprise Van. It is a great experience but certainly the great touch is provided by the guide. Congratulations Gary, we hope to be back soon.

Fun!! - Had a blast even though the rain was pouring. Had a great guide that had lots of information. I had a knee injury and the driver helped me with some special ointment that helped a lot. Had a great time and hope to make it back again someday.

A must do! Definitely a 10 out of 10! - I think this was the best tour of a 10 day trip!! Matthew was a superb guide. His knowledge of the area was extensive and that information was delivered with mix of humor.

A magnificent tour - It was absolutely magnificent. Our tour guide, Melissa, went above and beyond sharing much of her Native culture. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

They cancelled a departure on me and refused to refund! - I booked one of these tours but can tell you that they are not reputable company to work with! They don't stand by their word. A representative of this tour operator called me the afternoon before the tour was scheduled to operate (while I was in flight to Alaska and under 24 hours of the scheduled departure) and said that the 10 AM departure was not operating. He offered me a later departure time or the next day, neither of which I could take advantage of because of previous made reservations and plans. He said I would be refunded. Assuming that this was the end of it, I quickly made other plans online. A second voicemail arrived later saying they had put me on the 9 am departure. Well, of course, I said that we had could not accept this change as I had made other plans based on the previous phone conversation. I told them this and left detailed voice messages with both the main office and agent. I called twice, but could not get through to a real person. I assumed that the refund was being processed as is always done when I book tours with Trip Advisor or Viator. But no, they are refusing to refund my money because I didn't accept the alternative choice. This is outrageous.
