Fat tyre biking in Anchorage - an experience not to miss - A great experience with a knowledgable guide and quality electric bikes. Whilst I'm sure that a regular fat tyre bike would have been fine the electric bike made it so much better. The coastal path was a perfect way to see another side of Anchorage and riding through the forest and across a frozen lake was a lot of fun

10/10 take this tour! - We had a great time! Our guides were Ellie (hope I spelt that right) and Matt - they were both fantastic and kind. They did a lot to try and customize the trip to what we wanted to do, as in it can be harder or easier depending on your preference. The bikes worked great, the trails were great, and we even saw a Moose! Would definitely recommend doing this is you've never ridden a fit tire bike before.

Great intro to winter fat biking - Awesome adventure. Our guide was great, very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We are locals and it was fun to get out and try some new trails and even learn some history of the area. Will definitely recommend!!

excellent bike tour - Excellent fat bike winter tour. Elly was a great guide and we had a lot of fun on our tour. It was a great way to get outside in the winter and i had a great time exploring the area mtb. Would love to do the bike and brew tour if had time

First-Time Fat Biking Experience - My daughter and I signed up for the Fat Bike Tour in Anchorage and we're so glad we picked this company. As novices, we were interested in a basic introduction to the sport and Alaska Trail Guides really delivered for us. We met our guides, Elly and Frankie, in the parking lot at Bicentennial Park and spent two hours on the trails. As it turned out, this tour gave us everything we hoped for as we tested our balance on the single track, negotiated bridges and pedaled up and down some gentle hills. The bikes were in tip top shape and Elly was very knowledgeable about fat biking, the equipment and the network of trails around Anchorage. There were plenty of highlights including a moose and calf, a dog sled race, and mountain vistas. We are both hooked on fat biking and look forward to exploring more trails this winter.

Such a beautiful tour with the most amazing guide ever!!!! 10 stars!!!! - Ellie was our guide and she was absolutely exceptional!!! She helped us navigate and learn the E-bikes and took us on trails that catered to our skill level!! She also took the time to help us get some amazing pictures!! We felt so comfortable and taken care of!! We loved her so much!! Cannot recommend a better guide!! She is so knowledgeable about Alaska and gave us so much helpful information for the rest of our stay! If you book this tour, ask for Ellie!!!

Awesome Bike Ride with Elly - We would highly recommend this tour! Elly did a great job leading the pack, stopping to provide photo ops and sharing fun facts as we traveled the trails. Half of our crew live in Anchorage and were able to check out new trails and a new activity. (We may have to purchase our own fat tire bikes now. 😁) Elly is very knowledgeable of the trails and bikes so a perfect experience for a novice to an expert. We can’t recommend this tour enough!
