Fantastic - A must for any Liverpool Fan visiting the area. The tour was very informative and was allowed access to different areas within the stadium. The museum had a lot of archive items plus videos to view.

Unforgettable and awesome Tour - It was an amazing experience. Tour agent did an excellent job. Clearly explained the past and present of Liverpool and its stadium. Huge cut out of Legendary Coach and the Players were amazingly displayed . The stadium tour was beyond my expectation. The set up of their changing room and meal areas and how the players get ready before a match was awesome. Will strongly recommend anyone going to Liverpool to join the tour.

Dream tour - This experience should be at the top of a lot of footballers list. To see such a huge stadium and walk through the tunnel and the dressing rooms. It made it come alive as we came from New Zealand to experience it

For the love of the Game and Club - You certainly don’t need to be a Liverpool supporter to absolutely love the tour…..BUT if you are then it’s a must! It’s an access all areas tour that is not rushed…the itinerary is everything and more….The history and the sense of family for the supporters is everywhere! If you love the game it’s a must do…..if you love the game and the club it’s absolutely must do!

Fabulous - Really interesting tour with Ray and Mark. Ray so passionate about Liverpool ( being Leeds fans😂) it was good he was taking the tour. His pride for the team shone through. The stadium is magnificent, spotless and immaculate throughout. Loved seeing the press room and changing rooms and learning snippets of info about the managers who have done a great job. Highly recommend even if it goes against the grain!!

DONNA & TOM - absolute boss! - DONNA and TOM - someone up top needs to make sure they are well looked after and paid well! The tour wouldn’t have been the same without them. It was an absolute treat and the experience was throughly enjoyable

Starting at the top through the different levels through the changing rooms! to finally the grass!. Very friendly staff who answer all questions at ease. The museum is worth seeing with all the conquered Cups! A cozy family atmosphere everywhere.

I expected more for such a big club... - We did the tour as my son is an avid Liverpool fan and unfortunatley we were left dissapointed with some aspects of the tour. On arrival we were handed ear phones and an iPad. Weve been on football tours before and this was the first time we didnt have a tour guide, but anyways we were optimistic. We were taken up 4 flights of stairs (there are lifts available) and then asked to start the iPad commentary, we arrived in an area where fans gather on match days for food/drinks but this was called the "managers hall of fame" as there was a mural of the managers of days gone by, apart from that there was nothing else to see, we just had to watch the iPad screen and listen to the commentary. We hung about for quite a while as there was another group in the next section, we all just really spent our time looking out of the window. It was finally our turn to move on and we were given another video to watch on a projector screen. The next area was the view of the stadium, and we had been previously told that we could go around at our own pace, this wasn't the case, we were greeted by one of the assistants and he announced that we had 6 minutes and to get our photos and move on so the next group could get in. Next we went downstairs to another foyer, and we were given another video to watch on a projector screen, this was the celebrations from winning the Premier league which was nice to see. At the end of the foyer there was a photo opportunity with a "trophy" -this wasn't the actual trophy and a photo cost £30 which is just beyond extortionate. We then went into the changing rooms which was brilliant, all of the tshirts were hung up along with the late Diogo Jotas so we're able to get photos with them. We went into the press room and then that was the end of the stadium tour. We had access to the museum included in our ticket and this was by far the highlight, bursting with memorabilia including the trophies. I would recommend doing the tour for the stadium view, changing rooms, (and dugouts when open, we didnt get to do that as work was being carried out - we knew some areas would be cordoned off due to time if year we went so wasnt an issue) , and the museum, everything else i felt was a bit dissapointing, we didnt enjoy the aspect of having our face in an iPad, we personally enjoy having a tour guide taking us around telling us about everything and enjoying the passion and enthusiasm they share for the club. It all just felt a bit impersonal.
