During the ride, there is an option to take your horse into the sea, adding an exciting element to your adventure. This will be evaluated on-site to ensure safety. If you are not comfortable riding alone, our friendly staff will gladly lead your horse, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Please be aware that hotel transfers are not included, so you will need to make your way to our office to start this unforgettable journey.

Ideal for families, couples, solo travelers, and groups, our horse-riding experience is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of adventure to their vacation. Enjoy the thrill of riding through tropical scenery, guided by expert instructors ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey for all skill levels. Please note that riders must weigh under 100 kg (220.46 lbs.)
- Child ticket age between 3-10 years.
- Prior to leaving the stable, strong intermediate riders and advance riders must demonstrate an ability to independently control their horse
- Group Rides are restricted to a maximum of 8 riders.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
- The rider shall wear long pants.
- The rider’s weight must be under 100 kg (220.46 lbs). Nonrefundable for overweight riders.
- Should you arrive late for your beach ride we may be forced to reduce the duration of your beach ride so the following group is not impacted.
- Infant (under 2 years old) is free of charge (sit with parents, Total weight < 100 kg (220.46 lbs)).
- Uncontrolled riding is NOT permitted.
- We provide each rider with a safety equestrian helmet and riding boots.
- We want you to enjoy your ride and your safety is very important to us.
- This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.

Amazing experience - This was a great experience, even for a first time horse rider. The horses were very calm and well-trained. You almost don't need to do anything as they just follow each other in a straight line, and you can just enjoy the beautiful views in the beach while riding the horse.
The instructors were also very friendly and took their time to explain to us how to properly ride the horse.
I also think the instructor Zoey became best friends with my girlfriend and they'll share some great moments in Vietnam.

Went with teenage... - Went with teenage daughter with no riding experience. Was a great, a little trotting. Will go back. Horses very calm and relaxed in good condition

Superbe balade - Superbe balade
Very pleasant horses for both beginner and experienced rider.
The staff allows us a certain flexibility of movement with our horses unlike in France (we did small trots regularly to “catch up”), the horses accept not to be at the tail.

A life changing experience on so many levels!! - Riding these beautiful horses was a life changing experience for me. The trail
leads from the base camp through some jungle and onto a spectacular beach. We rode along through the water at sunset, the beauty of it all is overwhelming!!
I am not a horse riding person before, but I felt safe and well looked after by the young staff. They even took photos and video for me.
But as I came to learn, the truly amazing part is the heart of this operation. Most of the horses have been rescued from cruel conditions and rehabilitated by the Colts team. Most of the staff are young refugees from Myanmar who are earning and learning a new career and life skills through this charitable venture.
I loved it so much I went back 4 times and got to experience riding different horses as I became more confident.
I highly recommend this tour if you are in Koh Samui.

Absolutely family friendly - Beautiful experience. The staff couldn't do enough to help and make sure my kids were safe and comfortable. Kids are already asking to go again

Amazing ride on the beach - I have been horse riding for a while, but never had the chance to go outside. This was my first time outside and it was amazing! The horses looked good and healthy. My ride was fantastic and fun. We first took it easy and after a while I could gallop as well. Such a cool experience as you get the chance to gallop in low water as well. I was the only one on the ride, but my 2 guides where fun, nice and made sure I was doing well. Along the way we found a sea turtle. I am grateful they took pictures and videos for me. As I could not reach my phone. I can recommend it to everyone!

The experience was great.... - The experience was great. We had an issue with the Viator booking process but the Facility accommodated us and it worked out well. Horses are rescues which is encouraging for all horse lovers. Zoey and Elizabeth were awesome. Nicki was a terrific help with our novice rider. Well done team!

Lovely horses. lovely staff. Recommended. - Had a lovely walk along the beach and in the water.
The horse was well-mannered and compliant.
A bit tricky to find the stables but luckily I did a reccy beforehand!
Don’t bother booking through Viator….it confused everything and I only got confirmation a week later!!
Friendly staff.
A nice couple of hours.

Not impressed, not recommended - I wasnt really impressed. I was told to be there @ 4.45pm ( which i was ) as we would be leaving @ 5.15pm ( which didnt happen ) so myself & the taxi driver waited for 45x minutes before we went.
The show off of a lady who was taking us just arrived @ 5 30 as if it was ok. She wore no helmet, her partners son ( i am guessing was around 8yo wore no helmet either ). I was given a horse that didnt stop, refused to stop & although I am a rider i wasnt impressed as I didnt know the horse, I had to keep circling the horse to get it to slow down. I was on edge as my horse just wanted to run with the lady who was taking us. When I booked it said insurance was provided but then I had to sign a waiver excluding them from any liability if anything happened. I had travel insurance but seriously it was a pretty dodgy set up & we were riding back in the dark because we didnt leave when we were meant to. I dont even know the ladies name as she didnt introduce herself & the entire time she spent just showing off. I wouldn't recommend it.

Poor horses! Terrible! - Terrible! Horses so skinny and not well. They dont care! Scar’s on the hips of the horses as Well.
Also the guide was listening to music and didnt even look at the group riders
