Accompany the instructor to the beach, where you’ll start with essential safety tips and instructions before riding your initial waves in waist-deep water. Afterward, head back to the beach for more in-depth guidance on standing up, then enjoy the remainder of the session in the water with your instructor assisting everyone in standing on their surfboards. Conclude the lesson by returning to the shop to shower and change.
