Great excursion! - Very competent and friendly guide, good equipment, nice location and sights. Went out on a RIB to a interesting location and with two guides went snorkeling.

This Family Operation Excels at Customer Service - We walked up to Water4Fun and instantly felt welcomed by everyone at this family-run shop. Gabriel was a fantastic guide for our snorkeling adventure. He expertly guided our group so that we all saw great biodiversity (an eagle ray!). He and Victor were fun and engaging - a great experience all around and we would definitely return for future trips - book with them!

Snorkeling - Very worth the fee they charged! 100% professional team, always attentive to all details. I went with my little one (3 years old) and they were perfect with her and made us feel safe. They explained everything in Portuguese and English. We greatly enjoyed the 90-minute trip.

Highly Recommend!! - Great activity to do if you're visiting Terceira Island! In the morning they brought some of my family out whale and dolphin watching, and later in the afternoon they took us out to the Cabras Islets where we swam in the ocean with stingrays and fish! We even bumped into a sea turtle that was incredibly friendly :) They are friendly staff and made us feel safe at all times! I would highly recommend booking a tour with them!

Bad experience - I come by this means to refer to our adventure at sea with snorkeling material to learn about marine life and appreciate the landscapes of the island. To begin with, I think the time was not appropriate to do this adventure, besides the fact that in the middle of the trip when we were at sea my companion caught a cramp in the right knee and was hurt because the muscle was stuck and we had to go swimming to the boat and in the middle she dropped the barbatana that dropped off the foot and they were more concerned about the equipment than her health and even when we were sitting on the boat waiting for the others, one of the gentlemen who came to drive the boat said “It is a good sign you lost a few pounds” You even used our phone to take photos and videos of us, so far all right, but you didn't have the right to say these things, because the Cover doesn't know and feels offended! Next time the only thing I have to say is? Are you calling her fat? It is that everyone in this world is human, some more sensitive than others and no one should judge anyone and much less play with these things, because the sea is dangerous and when a Cover catches this scare, what should have been done with professionalism was to have come by boat to the Cover, not the Cover with pain and with one of the feet that way go swimming to the boat! Unfortunately I will not return to this agency to take a tour like this! If you go back is for people who are proud of what they do and above all have compassion for others and not the material they buy, because everything that goes back and life is a boomerang, I thank above all the son who was super friendly and worried about our size and directed us to the bathrooms where he waited for us and still had the concern to ask “The lady is okay?!”, because the fact was getting very hot... And for the amount that was paid they should have had more value for the people and have something with you like towels to warm at the end of the tour, or a baby for the people and do not wait for tips when the value we paid and for the time that was not compensate!

No refunds offered- book somewhere else with that protection. - Water4fun do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds or alternative trips if you don't enjoy your experience. We saw nothing, and were told that being in the ocean was also about seeing the rocks. Please book with a company that offers these refunds instead so you won't leave feeling like you've wasted your money. When we got back, the guide told the whole group (who were all disappointed)that no one was getting a refund. He essentially admitted that it was a terrible trip by conceding that and then they just walked away. Please, go in the ocean and explore it. But don't do it with this company. Plenty of other companies offer refunds or alternative trips if you don't enjoy it. Why take the risk with this company?
