The trip was awesome, I loved it and I totally recommended it! - I found the experience incredible ❤️🇧🇷.. at first I was afraid for certain comments, but really grateful to this Agency and especially to the guide Bruno, they warned me a month in advance that they were picking us up at the hotel at 7:15am, days before they wrote me on WhatsApp to remind me, (excellent, that shows commitment) On the day of the tour .. at 7:06am Bruno called me to let me know that they were already arriving at the hotel 🏨 to pick us up, very responsible and punctual 💯, everything was very good, Bruno's tour, supervision and guidance, and not to mention the food in the Bar de Luiz 🤤💯. All bem, perfection 💯

Angra - Wonderful place We were enchanted with the water the place all perfect, including a beautiful sunny day Very attentive staff.

Good to regular - The tour of the islands of Angra was in a boat where we were all tight and the places where we stopped were uncomfortable because of the large number of people and the buffet menu included bad

Great Tour - It was a good tour. Just felt that the traffic situation could make the trip long, but it’s all worthwhile to visit this Angra dos Reis.

Nice trip! - Good trip and very attentive guide! The only minus was lunch. Fish and chicken were very dry, almost inedible.

mismatch... has good and bad - The booking worked very well... the impeccable pick up... the trip from river to angra was long, but it was as planned... the guide John very friendly... the boat was very dirty and not comfortable... the complementary activities were very disorganized... the photography service seemed improvised... the food place was BAD, the food was mediocre or worse...

Misleading tour description - The tour itself was fun and indeed took 5 hours. Nowere in the trip description did it say that the tour also includes 6 hours bus rides, 3 hours each way!!! We were picked up from Rio hotel at 645am....and returned back to Rio at 10:30pm!!! We didn't bring medications with us and we're not prepared for a 16 hours day trip. Description should explain that boat ride doesn't depart from Rio to Ilha grande but also includes long bus rides!!! Other then that, actual tour was nice, fun and people were very nice, just was poorly explained before we booked.

Guided tour by an extra - Disastrous organization from start to finish. The Jhonf guide was supposed to speak English... except that he obviously does not even know “hello”. Result: excursion done entirely in Portuguese/Spanish, so if you don't speak fluently, you're just there to decorate. 30 minutes late, no info the day before, no WhatsApp contact as in serious excursions. We discover on site that we will eat at 4:30 pm... then buffet in fair mode: endless queue, atmosphere total chaos, no explanation on what is included or not. The concept is simple: make you pay absolutely everything. Paid photos, paid mask... and even the lifejacket is paid (yes yes). Obviously, everything is announced once on the boat, when you are already stuck. The boat? A real floating cattle farm: climb first if you want to hope for a seat. And finally, 6 hours of buses announced... 8 hours for us, in a bus worthy of a vestige of East Germany. The site is beautiful, but the organization is a tourist catcher machine. Run away.
