• Tours operate on a regular basis, meaning they are shared with other passengers;
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. No refunds are given on the day of the tour;
• For speedboat tours, it is allowed to bring a cooler bag up to 20 liters with items for personal consumption, except those stored in glass containers;
• The tour is conducted on a speedboat with capacity for 14 to 34 passengers and shared with others. At each stop, passengers can disembark for a swim. The duration at each stop is between 20 and 30 minutes, with the lunch stop lasting approximately 1 hour.
• What to bring: towel, sunscreen, hat/cap, cash and/or credit or debit card for payment of extra expenses.
