• Hammond-Harwood House - Built in 1774, this historic house is one of the finest colonial houses remaining in America from the British colonial period. Its design was inspired by the Vila Pisani in Montagnana, Italy.

• St. John’s College - As one of the oldest higher learning institutions in the US, it received a collegiate charter in 1784. It was intended to succeed King William’s School, a preparatory school founded in 1696.
• Eastport - A picturesque area of Annapolis, Eastport is nestled between Spa Creek, across from historic Annapolis, and Back Creek. Known as the working man’s side of Annapolis, Eastport was settled in 1665 and remained largely farmland until the 1800s. The establishment of the U.S. Naval Academy in 1845 spurred development to accommodate workers.
