- No pets allowed.
- Suitable swimwear is recommended for all the rides, e.g. no zips, no thick material, no ripped clothing.
- There is a Mini Market from where you can get whatever you may be missing (swimwear, towel, flip flops etc)
- You may get snacks and drinks from our Bars.
- You are not permitted to bring alcohol or glass bottles to the park.
- Parents with babies are requested to have the essential plastic equipment needed.
- We kindly request that you follow the safety rules of the park throughout your stay. Running and diving are not allowed in all areas.
- For hygiene reason children who wear nappies should use waterproof ones.

A fun day out - We had a lovely day out at Watercity Waterpark. There is a nice mix of slides, plus a great wave pool. We went early in the season ( last week in May) on a weekday so it was pretty quiet most of the time - we walked straight onto most of the slides without queuing and got a sun loungers with parasols easily.
The water was a little cool but not unbearably so and you got used to it quite quickly. There are lockers for use, and you can charge purchases to your account using your wristband and then settle the bill at the end, so you don't need to keep cash on you.
We didn't have any problem getting rings for the slides. There are different sizes of ring depending on person size, but the staff did seem to have different opinions on who should use what. The food was fine, but it would have been good to have proper ice-cream or gelato rather than just soft serve. The toilets and changing areas were all fairly clean.
We were staying in a hotel with a waterpark but are pleased we went to watercity for the variety - it has the wave pool, a lazy river and a crazy river plus a fairly wide mix of slides. It would have been good if there were taxis waiting nearby but we used an app to get one. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere so transport is needed unless you use the transfers.

Fantastic day! - Absolutely fantastic day, all food and drink was super reasonably priced as well. Staff were super helpful, friendly and approachable.

Must visit. - Amazing time at this water park.
I went & will be going back with my niece before we fly back home.
The food there is lovely, fresh drinks, nice gift shop there .
& the rides are amazing, perfect for anyone wanting to visit, especially if you're in the Heraklion region & surroundings.
A must do & go to!

One of the best water park designs - Excellent water park. Friendly crew. Few fast rides, few ones for the kids. Excellent spatial design. Easy access to all rides without necessity to spend a lot of time walking from one to another.

Good experience - Good and fun experience overall. Strong points: almost zero waiting line for most of the slides, plenty of sun beds, clean rest room. Things they cam improve: it is deffinately not the biggest water park in Europe both in square meters and number of slides, so I find the entry fee rather expensive; the wave pool is not "so wave" cos they start waves program like 2-3 times or so during 8h interval; way too short list of games available for kids under 1.40m height.

Great water park - Went on a TUI booked tour. Park was very clean and lots of shade. Went during the week so quieter with mainly tourists. Son is 3 so some rides weren’t possible but he loved the crazy river, splash pools/slides and wave pool.
Food is reasonably priced but slow service. Lots of choice and the kitchen staff were working very hard to catch up.
Reception/shop team were lovely and fantastic when we had difficulties with a credit card payment.
Great day out and teens/older children would have an even better time.

DO NOT BOOK THE TRANSFER - Do not book the transfer. It is a total rip off. We were on the bus for well over an hour and a half. We arrived an hour after the park opened and were forced to leave an hour and a half before it closed. Get a taxi!

Mehhh - The waterslides are fun and enjoyable, but…. We ordered cheeseburgers and the chicken schintzel with fries. It was the most terrible food ive ever had. The fries had no taste at all so they put a massive amount of salt on it.
We didnt tried the pizza, they had a cool oven so you better try that.

Old Greek pizza man needs sacking! Rude and animal hater! - We had fun at the water park until it got to lunch time and we saw some pretty malnourished and sick looking cats.
I wanted to buy some food and water for them but the old Greek man that works in the pizza station was very rude and said not to give them food or water.
I ignored him and purchased a plain tuna baguette and water. It was so hungry it demolished the food away from the eating area and went off quietly.
To the old Greek man serving pizza, I hope you get ignored when you are sick and need help!
You left my daughter so upset that we left the park.
I hope the culture and younger generation coming through in Greece help animals in need. Please take some cat biscuits and water for them if do go to the Waterpark!
Ignore the horrid old Greek man on the pizza station, he was nasty!!

UNSAFE CHILD’S POOL - We visited this month with my young son and as he was in the child’s pool he cut his foot on a loose tile and ended up having to receive medical treatment. We let a lifeguard know as soon as this happened, who took us to the medical room where a man cleaned it out and put a plaster on it, we went to reception and explained that we where having to leave early because he had hurt his foot, she didn’t say anything and charged us for our food and drinks which we paid for and left, we would have taken this further had we not needed to take our son to see a doctor. His foot was still bleeding through the plaster given by the staff at this point so we took him to the doctor who put betadine on his foot and has explained he needed stitches in his foot from the damage caused at this water park, meaning our holiday was cut short as he could not go in water for the rest of our holiday and we where left out of pocket! This is completely disgraceful that this child’s pool is not inspected regularly enough to prevent a young child from injuring himself. I did email & contact on social media over a week ago wanting to put in a formal complaint and request refund but heard nothing back. AVOID !!
