On Wednesdays, there is an opportunity to attend the “zebus market,” the second largest zebus market in Madagascar, featuring 2000 heads for sale each week;
Departure for Andringitra Park;
Travel 46 km on a red trail to reach the park entrance;
Engage with the local Betsileo villagers who have preserved their ethnic values;
A 4-hour hike (600m elevation gain) leads to the campsite at the base of the cliff, at an altitude of 2,050m, offering a panoramic view of the cliff and the Riandahy and Riambavy waterfalls;
ANDRIAMPOTSY – ANTARANOMBY
Parc National de l’Andringitra - Enjoy a 2 to 3-hour hike to ascend Pic Boby (2658m), with breathtaking views, followed by a 2-hour descent;
A 4-hour walk across the plateau at the base of the cliff, at an altitude of 2,000 m, exploring the unique site and descending the west side of the cliff through the palm forest;
Admire another stunning view;
Spend the night in a bivouac near a natural swimming pool in Lantaranomby (at 1,600m altitude).
ANTARANOMBY – VALLEY OF TSARANORO - RANOHIRA 25 km of piste + 211 km on the RN7 +/ - 5h
Isalo National Park - Travel to Ranohira, a quaint village nestled at the base of the grand Isalo massif;
Continue the journey across the Horombe plateau;
Arrive in Ranohira, Inn;
In the late afternoon, enjoy a special sunset view at the Isalo window, renowned in the Malagasy Wild West;
Within the massif, be captivated by the unique sculptures of the ruiniform relief of Isalo.

Over 400 plant species thrive here, most of which are endemic to Madagascar;
The Isalo savannah features fire-resistant palm trees unique to the region: “Satrana” or “bismarkia nobilis”;
Visit the maki canyon, with a chance to see ring-tailed makis and sifakas;
Explore the ridge path, enjoy views over Isalo, visit the Nymphe waterfall, natural swimming pool, and black and blue swimming pools with clear water;
