- Devil’s Bridge - Devil’s Bridge is an extraordinary example of sea-water erosion. Geologically, it is a natural arch sculpted by the sea from both soft and hard limestone ledges of the Antigua formation, a geological section of the flat northeastern part of Antigua.
- The Blockhouse - The Blockhouse is a brick ruin situated high above English Harbour in Nelson’s Dockyard National Park, offering a view of the southeastern coast of Antigua. Built in the 18th century, it provides stunning, unobstructed views of Antigua’s coastline.
- Shirley Heights - Located at the southernmost tip of Antigua, The Lookout, part of the Shirley Heights Lookout military complex, offers a breathtaking view over the entire English Harbour. Shirley Heights dates back to the 17th century and is believed to have been constructed by the British military who controlled Antigua at the time. It’s a fantastic spot for photography!
- Nelson’s Dockyard - Nelson’s Dockyard is the largest of Antigua’s National Parks and continues to function as a working dockyard for numerous yachts and ships. Fully restored to its original grandeur, the eighteenth- and nineteenth-century buildings of the Dockyard now house modern amenities such as shops, hotels, and marina businesses.
- Fig Tree Drive - Fig Tree Drive winds through a lush area of Antigua, passing rainforests and large banana trees (referred to as figs by locals). Roadside vendors offer local fruits, so be sure to stop and try some mango or black pineapple. Along the way, you’ll encounter ziplines and a few beaches at the end!
- Darkwood Beach - Darkwood Beach boasts some of the most vibrant seas and white sands on the island, set against a backdrop of hilltops and tropical forests. The views are both panoramic and spectacular, and on a clear day, Montserrat is visible. As one of the longest stretches of beach, there is ample space to enjoy, with warm, inviting seas lapping at pristine sands, making it a must-visit destination!
