Fantastic, unique and delicious experience! - Just do it! We had a fantastic evening with Milton. We went to three different small towns near central Antigua. Beautiful authentic town squares, all locals, no tourists (except us), music going/children playing/food cooking. We sampled handmade Guatemalan food at each locale; everything was delicious and quite different for us Canadians. Milton's English is excellent and his many stories and explanations added to the experience. Everyone greeted him as a friend and he is clearly a well respected guide. He also runs cooking classes!

A Taste of Guatemala You MUST Try - If there was ever a perfect way to end a day traveling in another country, this street food tour with Milton has to be it. First of all, Milton is wonderful, very hospitable, and it quickly felt like we were hanging out with long time friends. He is so passionate about food, and especially Guatemalan food, and he is driven to help people experience the amazing street food and Guatemalan cuisine the region has to offer. It was amazing to get to see some little towns surrounding Antigua and get to experience food and vibes we wouldn’t have otherwise seen. And the food…AMAZING!!! If you’re in Antigua and you are a food lover, this tour has to be on your itinerary.

An Antigua MUST! - What a great food tour! Milton has created a five-star street food experience that takes you away from the tourist attractions in Antigua. I love the opportunity to see where local, family-owned businesses live and eat. The food was AMAZING!!!! I had my first shuco during this tour and now, I want to eat one every day. ☺️ I highly recommend you add this tour to your itinerary!

Foodietenango is a 10/10 - BEST TOUR IN ANTIGUA! My partner and I had the absolute best time with Milton getting to learn about and taste all of the delicious street food Guatemala has to offer. He took us to multiple different locations where we were able to eat like a Guatemalan. The Shuco was definitely our favorite food we tried, but they were all absolutely delicious. We have agreed that we must go back to Guatemala just to do a Foodietenango cooking class :) 10/10 would recommend!

A must try in Antigua - We were lucky enough to be the only people signed up for the night so it ended up being a private tour. It was THE BEST time. Milton is so friendly and knowledgeable. His passion for good food and his dedication to supporting small local businesses was felt throughout the entire trip. We were picked up on time and the tour lasted about 2.5 hours. The food was 10/10 and we were stuffed by the end. My partner and I have not stopped talking about the shuco we had at the first stop. This was an amazing way to try the street food around Antigua. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area. Thank you again Milton!

Delicious food in Antigua - My husband and I went on this food tour. Our guide picked us up at our hotel and it was just us so we got a private tour. Our guide drove us to three different towns just outside of Antigua. The tour doesn’t include much walking so if you’re tired after hiking the volcano, you will be ok. The food was sooo good. Each place had something different. We also learned a little history and culture along the way. At the end of the tour, we asked for recommendations for a bar and were dropped off at a really cool speakeasy. I definitely recommend this tour. He also does cooking classes if that’s more your style.
