Great Transportation Service! - Smooth transportation from Panajachel to Antigua. Gave clear instructions on pick-up and drop-off points, both of which were very short walks to our final destination.

Reliable transport from Antigua to Lake Atitlan - Great communication with the team and our driver, Fermin, was wonderful and got us there safely. I had no issues.

Highly recommend - I originally planned to take a private Uber driver, but ended up booking the shuttle at the last minute instead. At one point, the driver took a photo of me in Antigua as we were heading out. It was definitely worth it, and I would book it again!

The van was clean,... - The van was clean, modern, and on time. It was everything I needed for the service. The pick up and drop off was super easy and they took great care in making sure our bags were safe.

Sat next to 2 people who... - Sat next to 2 people who took up at least 2 1/2 seats. Very uncomfortable. Other than that driver and everyone involved very helpful.

Book well ahead of time - Not a great idea to book the same day you want to travel. We were waiting and no showed. We I called the operator he said the booking problem was our error. It wasn't.

Avoid this operator. - Operator was impossible to reach. Did not respond via app or to telephone calls. Pick up instructions for 4pm transfer read “pick up will begin at 12:15…”

Book Elsewhere - The driver did not seem to know where he was going. Van was dirty and one door did not even open from the outside. Driver took some very hard and dangerous turns.

They actually deserve zero stars - I was picked up and dropped off. If that is your level of customer satisfaction then you can stop reading. You might be satisfied with this company but I was not. I had an awful experience with this tour operator. Since this was not a door-to-door service I asked them for specific locations that they drop off. I was told - "Calle Santander", "Calle Principal", " Calle del Embarcadero". I asked my hotel where I should have them drop me off from this list. My hotel provided another hotel location and told me to take a taxi from there for 50q. I provided this information to the tour operator and he said that was fine and wrote it on his trip sheet. Once we reached Panajachel the driver sent over a tour guide who told me the location we stopped at was closer and he could take me to the taxi (tuk tuk) area. I reiterated to him what my hotel told me and asked if the tuk tuk from this area is 50q and he said yes. We walked for a bit then he said this is my boat pointing to a boat on the lake...I can take you for 500q. I said no this is not what I asked for I want a tuk tuk. He said the tuk tuk will be 300q. I was furious and felt scammed and unsafe at this point. I yelled at him that this is not what he said at the bus. He walked me to the tuk tuk area and the driver said 100q. This was a complete bait and switch. I was scammed out of additional money and made to feel unsafe. This is an unacceptable business practice. The issue started with the driver as he knew where I should have been dropped and should have never sent this guy to me and told me to go with him. The tour operator contacted me via WhatsApp and basically said we picked you up and dropped you off. So again if that's what you're looking for then you may find this acceptable. I do not.
